Great service

Initially things were fine I was greeted with nice customer service. Placed my order, sat down at a table got some paperwork done. However, I noticed one of the staff members monitoring/watching me with a not so nice look, though maybe she is having a bad day. Anyway, I get done and ask about the code for the rest room, only to find that she didn't want to give it to me she said it was for customers only and asked do I plan to place an order? While informing her that I had placed an order and literally she stared so hard as I threw away my trash that she didn't notice it was from my purchase. The guy who served me earlier stepped in and confirmed I made a purchase at which point I was given the code to the restroom. Get this she is the manager. If I had to judge Starbucks by the treatment from her I’d never go back.

There’s a way to handle all situations. She had already judged me before I approached that counter. I was there when she arrived to work so of course she didn't see me buy anything and she had no idea that I had tipped her staff.

The rest of the staff was pleasant!

Bad customer service, messed up two of my drinks and refused to correct them. Rude baristas

Not Only was my beverage overpriced and prepared lousy. But upon entry , all three baristas were too preoccupied to so much as even acknowledge or greet my presence.

This location takes forever to make a drink. At least a 15-30 minute wait every. Time. Order ahead or go somewhere else.

The young man behind the pick up area scolded me for grabbing my drink off the counter, which had been sitting there for 5 min. I waited for him to call it out as he was putting other orders together for DoorDash. Finally I chose to squeeze through the impatiently waiting crowd of people to grab my drink from the counter (which everyone does at any Starbucks… you walk in, see your drink on the counter, grab it and go). As I grabbed it, he said “Don’t reach across the counter.” For one, I didn’t reach across anywhere, it was towards the front, in the same area I grab my drink any other time. And secondly, I didn’t feel like letting my drink sit there any longer as it got cold. I’m sorry if you were having a bad day and couldn’t keep up with your orders, but that was uncalled for.

It just takes too long to get a cup of coffee I don't wanna wait a half hour to get a few ounces of coffee
