This Starbucks makes my drink wrong every single time. They don't read the labels, are slow even though it's somehow not busy in the store, and act like you're inconveniencing them by ordering something.

Last time one of the employees gave me food out of the display app. I found out today there not supposed to do that. Who can I talk to file a complaint? This could have made me sick. Plus the display case has flies in it. The employee name is Malcom

Placed a mobile order for one iced drink and ended up waiting 35 minutes while others were getting their drinks before me. The workers were rude, clearly forgot about my order, and made it completely wrong. It tasted like warm coconut milk and had barely any espresso in it. I recommend literally any other Starbucks in the area, but this one is horrible.
