We've been going to this restaurant for 3-4 years now and we can tell, it's going downhill. The service has gotten so bad, the server didnt even smile one bit, never came to our table to ask if we need anything, we had to get up to get his attention. It almost felt like he was forced to be there. Same guy we always have as a server for the past couple years and I have to say he wasnt always like that. I ordered the L.A Kalbi which was $32+ and it was overcooked and dry. We also ordered the mandoo and it was burnt, the Jayeok my husband got had more onions than meat. The place also looks more run-down every time we go there. Sadly, we think we will be looking for another korean place to try :(

Reviews are pretty mixed and so are mine- I didn’t have a problem with service but the food was over cooked- egg on a bowl should be runny not hard (see video) and the steak was well done and just kept cooking in the hot bowl. Made it hard to eat. I liked the odd ambiance though. Just a documentary playing on the tv was weird in a good way. I don’t know if this spot was worth another try. I wanted to love it.

We had a short dude who served us and he was rude! We didn't get there until after 7:30 pm. I wasn't notified that they close at 8:30 pm! We got our food after 8 pm. When it was 8:26 he told us the store is closing at 8:30 pm and we need to hurry up with our eating and go. He looked at us like we were dumb or what!?! We got stone bowls and they were hot. Tell me how you're gonna finish that within 20 minutes? We rushed to eat our food and just packed the rest. Dude had to come back at 8:30 and tell us they close and we need to go. Felt like we got kicked out! We didn't eat for free! If y'all didn't want our money you should have told us you guys were no longer serving. We would have gone somewhere else. Please hire people who at least like their jobs. The guy who seated us had glasses and a smaller frame and the one who served us looked upset or more like they hated their job. I didn't leave a tip and wrote on the receipt that you were rude and had bad service!

This place was really good the food wad delicious and the waitress i couldn't get his name but he was really funny and kind and i even left him a little note telling him he was really funny but you should 200% percent come my mom and my sister came and it was fantastic

Been here three times and the food is phenomenal. Great staff, always clean and friendly. I live over an hour away but would return again whenever i'm in the area!
I've been coming here for years and I always get kimchi chigae 🥰 one of my most favorite comfort food meals in the entire city. PLEASE, never go anywhere!
