Customer service is seriously lacking. Mobile ordered but they didn't follow directions. Said no green peppers add jalapenos and I got both so they don't follow directions. Also, my phone died so I couldn't show my order but I reiterated the entire order word for word. The guy made me wait until I charged my phone to show him the order. Really unnecessary!

Every time I've gone here, my sub has been low quality. When I've ordered ahead of time online, they locked the door before their closing hours and handed me my sub; I've gotten weird extra sauces on subs I ordered that had nothing like what they gave me. They never give you what you want or even fresh food, it seems. I DO NOT recommend.

This place is terrible, they charged me $17 for a club sub didnt add lettuce or tomato that is suppose to come with the sub and then put the lettuce and tomato on the side in a bag. oh boy no more

Edit 9/1/23 : They do not use coupons which helps greatly if you're a student or low on funds. Why would I buy the full meal when the coupon can help me for lunch? I rather go to another subway that uses the coupons. I literally asked if I could use them I was told yes and then I pulled it out suddenly no. Like the heck?
There were also flies on the condiments. Like... Ew.

The workers don't speak English and were adding extra charges but telling me in a different language so I didn't understand. I spent $21 on two six inch subs that should've cost me $7-8 each.
