This Subway has a terrible to-go experience. Every time I order through the app and come here, my food isn't ready yet and I have to go through the line like normal anyway. It's also understaffed, so going through that line can take 20+ minutes.

Stay away. Though I rarely eat at Subway, I've never had a problem before. We stopped by for a quick bite, and the sandwich at the store seemed fine, though nothing great. Afterwards I fell ill, and we learned our lesson never to return.

One employee specifically does not put effort into making your sandwich. Everyone is friendly but it just is very poorly prepared.
Wost subway experience of my life. Bread is beyond stale, just crumbling and tastes like cardboard. Dirtiest bathroom ive seen in my life, and unfriendly staff. Never coming here again.

man working was very nice, quiet but nice. but, they seem to be very understaffed because it was only him working. also, in the middle of taking my order with 3 people in line behind me, he started putting cheese on random pieces of bread when he could have just waited until he helped the line first. also, they were out of the bread i wanted. definitely not terrible, but not extravagant.

Many of the employees here do not put effort into their jobs, often they don't have cookies made or certain things ready or stocked. Instead of making some they will just tell you they do not have any ready and won't give you a wait time.

Very disappointing experience. Took 20 min for the 2 workers to help the 4 people in front of me. One worker was not wearing gloves when putting on veggies. When they finally got to me my sub was left out halfway made to help the woman who had JUST walked in and her sub was made before mine. On top of all this I was over charged for a meal deal and when I pointed this out the worker said he “didn't know how to ring it up that wayâ€. Won't be going back.
