Spoke to the guy on the phone today, over a situation via mobile order, long story short I was hacked. He wasn’t very empathetic/helpful and hung up on me. I get it, my pitch sounded scammy lol! But I’m not even from Wisconsin!! Anyway could’ve been nicer is all.

If I could review with no stars I would!! I work next door and I visited Thursday December 14th 2023 about 4pm. Upon entering the facility and approaching the prep counter I noticed a roach crawling across the counter. I notified the staff he killed the roach and proceeded to ask what I wanted to order. Disgusting and terrible service couldn’t pay me to eat here.

I ordered online and when I got home the toppings where wrong it clearly tells them on the receipt they send me what the toppings are how can you screw that up and the bread was half the size of every other subways they sold me 2 mini footlongsthe wrong toppings and no cheese on my wife sub

My roast beef was supposed to have more meat and 2x the cheese. At nearly $18 for the sandwich alone, I was extremely disappointed with the amount of stuffings. I don't think the large menu listings have any prices on them, I'd have balked had I known they charged that much. Won't be returning.

The lady that works in there was very rude. On her phone the whole time while helping two other customers. Couldnt even hear ehat the customer was telling her. Than said they don't accept coupons and I ask her where was it posted and she just looked at me stupid.
This location is remarkably more expensive than other Subway locations in the Greater Milwaukee area. I challenge would-be patrons to start an online order for this location and another in the area and compare pricing for yourself. My sub purchase today was 28% more than it would have been at the Subway location near my home.This location is also declining to accept any Subway coupons.Service was sufficient but not great. Toppings were added sparingly.

The service is okay. But the restroom was terrible. Every restroom in restaurant should be cleanse and sanitize every day especially after the COVID-19 Epidemic Consumers are very concerned about where that eat!!

I've gone to the subway two times now and I just don't like the service at all. The lady serving us has her earphone on! Such poor quality! And then their prices are extremely high. Elsewhere, on the South side anyways, you get sub and chips and cookies for under $15. At this self-owned Subway they can jack their prices as much as they want to. So much that I could only get a half a sub!
