What the hell happened to Subway? I haven't been here in a couple years and after visiting this store I can see why. 12:30 on a Monday should be the lunch rush but no one is rushing to pay $30 for two poorly made sandwiches. The lady working tried to skimp us on every topping and we had to ask for more of each. The worst part is that we only went there because we live a mile away and got a coupon in the mail. We expected to pay half what we paid before she informed us they don't take coupons, even though it was in our hand the entire time we placed the order. We will be sticking to Cousins from here on out.

Rude lady by herself working. Went there for the BOGO coupon. Lady makes us wait 5 minutes while she completes a DoorDash order. Then goes and gets the bread out of the oven. Then starts our orders. Completes the order and tells us at the end “no coupons” left the food there with her and her bad bait-n-switch business model.

I have never in my life been so disrespected! This lady who claimed to be the owner at this Subway didn’t welcome me when I walked in, and had a huge attitude when taking my order to the point where I felt uncomfortable to even order. I asked her if it was possible to add a different meat to my sub and she looked at me like if I was talking a different language and looked at me clueless so I had to repeat myself. That’s when she started raising her voice and yelled at me and started being rude when I had just asked a simple question. When I get to the register, I hand her my coupon and she rudely tells me they don’t accept coupons. I tell her I’m sorry I didn’t know they didn’t accept coupons and tell her I don’t have enough money for the subs. I proceeded to apologize for wasting her time because I genuinely felt bad, but I had calculated how much I was going to pay with the coupon and only brought that amount. She then raised her voice at me again and at this point I’m scared because it looks like she is aggravated and is ready to hit me or something so I back up and she goes off on me. She yelled at me that I’m not welcome there any more because I couldn’t afford the food. I felt so bad, but I didn’t deserve the harassment and rudeness coming from the employee/owner. I was planning on coming back with the money but she kept yelling at me and being disrespectful. This is unacceptable! There’s a way to address issues and this woman doesn’t know how to do that. She has no good customer service skills and needs to be talked to or fired at this point because I see that I’m not the only one that has had a similar encounter with her. She cannot be harassing and disrespecting customers like that regardless. Also, if they don’t accept coupons, the store should have that posted right when you walk in for people to see! How are We as customers supposed to know the policies of each individual subway???!

If I could give negative stars I would. I can’t even believe the last time I wrote a bad review. I used the Subway app to order and used a buy one footling get one free coupon code “flbogo”, prior to ordering, I clicked on the deal link for participating locations and chose this one because it was the first to pop up- but I usually go to Whitnall. I was in my way to the store are realized my order said cancelled but the money was out of my account. I tried to call the store twice and no one answered. Upon arriving at the store, my daughter and I were greeted by a woman who simply said “I cancelled your order because we don’t accept that coupon, we don’t HAVE to give you anything for free” okay, you don’t but I got here by going through the app which you are listed as a participating location. I have the screen record in my phone, it’s clearly there. At this point we were hungry and didn’t want to deal with more nonsense and honestly a very low budget for that meal, so I said, okay listen I’m not asking you to give me anything for free that you don’t honor but I am requesting EITHER the sandwich I paid for a cash refund. She said she could do nothing to help me she asked if I wanted to speak to a manager or owner, which I thought she was since there was no one else there at all, I responded with yes? She said “ohh too bad you’ll have to call them or something on Monday”. I’m sorry, what?? Who handles issues RIGHT NOW?! And fine even if there isn’t anyone here, call them? Don’t be dismissive and disrespectful!’n No one.? She threatened to call the police and I said at this point I feel like you’re stealing from me so please do. She stated she called me ahead of canceling to ask me. Gets her phone out and proceeded to prove to me that she dialed the wrong number and didn’t even verify it before she was so quick to “prove”. Her theory was “I just work here” the people looking for jobs that would actually do work while they are there do exist and it’s sad that I can see how a company is going to go out of business soon based on their inability to provide BASIC customer service. Your app lists your location as participating. I shouldn’t be the one to pay for that mistake. Awful.

Ordered 2 foot longs. I was polite said yes please no thank you. Went to pay. I wanted to make sure they are honoring the website for a BOGO 1/2 because in the past they refused any coupons. The lady which looks & acts like an owner, said that deal in only online. So I was going to order it online quick..... wasn't sure how so I asked for help. The lady was rude about getting this app. I have zero fast food apps so I didn't know I can only order through an app. As Arby's and other places just ho or the deals. This lady raises her voice. I started to walk out but decided not to. So I try to get this app. The lady is still just super ignorant and rude to me almost to a yelling at me point. She says what am I suppose to ask every person in here if they are ordering foot longs & a coupon. WOW is all I have to say. I did end up walking out not because of the app, but because of how she was unwilling to work with me, how she spoke to me...bad image for subway!
