Nice store it's usually not too busy and the store is clean service has always been good and the they've made my sub just the way I like,it give them a try !

Got home late from work, didn’t feel like making dinner. I live really close to this location and I hadn’t had subway in quite awhile because most of the locations in the city are a hit or miss but I really wanted my fave sub. I put in the order closer to closing time than I (being in the service industry myself and having worked for subway in the past) felt comfortable with. Luckily for me Jenny was working and she happened to be the only person working at the time. She took her time making my order, making sure to lay everything out nicely. She’s a very hard worker and I’m glad I got to chat with her. She had such a chill enegry and I truly appreciated her taking the time to make my order. The sub was perfect and exactly how I remember it tasting. I will be back and hope to see her next time I come in!

On October 1st I placed an online order. The store canceled my order, I never received my food and is refusing to refund my money. I received two emails that my case has been resolved but it wasn’t. Unless the consider stealing the customer’s money as an option?

Let me explain why not accepting coupons is a deceptive business practice:
The goal of sending coupons in the mail is to get me in the door. The thought of a 6.99 footlong sub is what compelled me to walk a mile to get there. That's the deal they offered. But, by not honoring the coupon that got me in the door, they're hoping I still give them my business at full price. That's not the agreement. I held up my end of the deal and walked through the door, but they're hoping they won't have to hold up their end by giving me my discount. They want the advertisement of the coupon, but don't want to pay the price of it with the discount. Plain and simple.
I walked out without purchasing anything, and I would urge anyone who went to do the same. I will not be returning, Subway is already overpriced as is.

The lady at the desk said the owner doesn't do ANY discounts anymore. They don't have hot honey sauce either. My order was canceled out when I just ordered yesterday with a coupon. So if you order online, buy or beware because your order will be canceled if you use a coupon that Subway offers.

Good sub- I had the chicken blah blah (cant remember name) It had bacon, roasted chicken, I chose lettuce onions but I could NOT believe that they don't carry regular ranch!

There’s never any owner there and they never get back to you when you apply. The phone doesn’t work, and the workers are more obsessed about there phone then actually serving people

I've read many bad reviews from this place and the lady working there, but she was very nice and kind during my visit. She asked what I wanted, if I needed more, or if what she added on was enough. This is one of the very few places that I've seen a restaurant make their food look like the photo! She took her time making it, and it looked and tasted great!

Worst service around walked here with placed online order. They canceled my order. Claim to have called me never received a call and I try to reorder my food having to wait for 3 sandwiches now to be made and she tells me that it's too much work and can't handle it. The most ridiculous place I've ever been to horrible customer service. Please never visit
No coupon accepted. And will not proactively informed.
They don't honor advertised coupons. I'm not paying $13 for a Subway sub.
