Good Subway food. Not good Subway customer service.

I came in and ordered a footlong meal. As I'm approaching the employee, she is on her phone for at least a minute before she acknowledged me. She had plastic gloves on and holding her phone. She then grabs a sheet of paper and placed it on the sandwich table and asked which sandwich was I having. That is a ServSafe violation.... I had to asked her to change her gloves and the paper before starting my meal because that is unsanitary and can cross contaminate like that...This is ridiculous. They have no ice for the soda machine, instead they have a bucket of water, which used to be ice there with a scooper. Just gross. I haven't been here in years and it's like nothing changes. How are they so open?

We were traveling from Chicago to Milwaukee Riverwalk stopped at Subway for a dinner. The family, including children, looked forward to their meal after the journey and waited in line to order sandwiches. However, the experience became negative when a young child needed to use the restroom. The staff denied access, despite the family already purchasing drinks and intending to order a full meal.
This refusal to provide a basic amenity, especially for a child, was disappointing and showed a lack of consideration. As paying customers with the intention of making a larger purchase, a more hospitable approach was expected. Instead the lady told us if you want to use the restroom you can go to potbelly to buy a sandwich and use the restroom. While businesses can have policies regarding restroom use, denying access in such circumstances, especially to a child in need, is unacceptable and negatively impacts the customer experience.
This incident caused distress and left a negative impression of Subway's customer service and values. It is hoped that this feedback prompts a review of their policies and encourages more empathetic service, especially when it comes to accommodating families and children's needs.

Place seems nice. Jenna was rude to me. Since I was a customer I ask to use the restroom and Jenna said that it would be three months or after the holidays. We are visiting Milwaukee because my father died. We have a room just one block away and my family love subway but we will not come back. I took a bite out my sandwich and it only taste like vinegar and when I made the complaint to Jenna I think that’s how you say her name she just looked at me and went on bout her business and never said anything a apology or nothing. There are a lot of rude customers in this world but what shouldn’t happen is rude employees. She might be a great person and love life but today was already not a good time for me and she made it worse. Nothing will happen to her so all this that I’m writing will not matter. Do better subway. Look on my google I don’t give bad reviews unless you the trip was a waste of my time
