July 15, 2025 Went to get a tuna sub , but decided not too , because the worker was working alone , making the sandwiches. Then going to the register touching money and credit cards with the same gloves, I didn't want to cause a issue by asking her to change them , but common sense and working with food u should know. So who ever the manager is please educate your workers.

I asked for Extra veggies and a little bit of the new spicy sauce, I literally got about 6 veggies but a bucket load of the spicy sauce!! I don’t know if they thought it was funny or what🙄

This restaurant sent me someone else’s sandwich. Called that night they said they have to look at cameras and would call me back the next day. I gave a few extra days and then reached out. The owner/manager was completely unprofessional. He scolded me for waiting so long to reach out. Then he told me that the sandwich I got was what I ordered. It was not. Tuna chicken salad is not an American Club. After arguing with me, talking over me and accusing me of lying about the sandwich, he gave me a corporate number that does nothing. He did offer to replace the one sub, but he was yelling so much I couldn’t tell him what else was wrong. I’m sick of these franchises thinking that every person is going to lie about not receiving something. They don’t pay their employees bough to not make mistakes, but then they do t want to be held accountable. I was being nice and giving him a chance and he immediately started yelling. I switched to this subway because of awful treatment at the closest one. I told him he is no better and he refused to provide an accurate number. I had to hang up on him because he was just screaming at me. I want my money back, but he wants to scream and accuse me of lying or something. He did admit the order was wrong so I don’t understand.

This place is hilarious. They completely messed up our pickup order and then said to bring the sandwich back. Of course we were bringing it back because it's missing most of what's supposed to be on it and has random allergens that were not supposed to be on it. Zero stars for the customer service and best believe our family won't be back. Not that they care anyway.

I ordered a sandwich inside, they didn’t have many of the regular options of toppings. But I got a flatbread with egg & my egg has mold! I hope I don’t get sick from it. The guys making my food had no hairnet & had long dark hair, he had no hat, sweatpants & didn’t change his gloves before making my order

I did a pick-up order today, and I PAID EXTRA for double meat meatball sub and didn't even get a normal amount, the second sandwich had veg not ordered, and the cookies we picked out for the combo wasn't correct!

The blond girl making my order seemed aimless, distant, and confused and her coworker there with her seemed really stressed and overworked. Teach your people how to read and maybe pay them better so they get their orders right?

The food is your basic Subway affair; Only really worth going for the BOGOF.

The *in-person* service has been good to me---for the most part---but the *app and website* is **terrible**. (I can not even call anyone to talk about this location... nor file anything online about the issues with this place.)
This location keeps turning off all the items on the app to prevent you from ordering from here because the owner does not believe in allowing the BOGOF (according to one of the employees; Another employee claimed staff shortage).
(I have been trying to do a BOGOF since Monday, September 30th, 2024 and now it is Friday, October 4th, 2024.)
So if you wanna do the BOGOF... you have to go to another location if you wanna use the app. (And again... you can not file anything online about it... hencewhy I am writing about it here on Google.)

The atmosphere is just the standard, bland, semi-corpo Subway affair and not really worth noting.

Again... Subway is only really worth going in for when BOGOFs are happening... but if the owner disallows it... then you simply can not order from this location, which is a shame.
I have to give this place 2 stars (because I can not order the food), but the employees themselves have been typically pretty pleasant. (They def. deserve to be paid more fairly.)
(I would give this place 1.5 stars, but Google will not let me.)

Dietary restrictions: They are not too careful about not mixing ingredients from my experience.

Parking: You just park on the street in front or around the place.

Wheelchair accessibility: No automatic door.
Pretty cramped place.

White guy with the tattoos on his arm is a punk. I ordered Multiple items. A caught an attitude and started slamming things against each other. Asked if he was ok he didn’t respond I just walked out

The older white guy that works here is absolutely rude! I brought in a coupon to use and was told, rather hastily, that I was not allowed to add anything to my order because it was a coupon. I offered to pay for my extra spinach and cucumbers and was told no. But they could add my avocado spread to have me pay for? Make it make sense and do better old man! You are rude as hell and you tried to tell me you are the ONLY location still taking coupons and thats a DAMN lie… DO BETTER!
