Horrible customer service...rude....got my order wrong and then told me what i said" when i ordered...like i didnt know what i asked for...visited on Monday evening May 22 and will not visit again...subway on teutonia and Good Hope...suggestion ..treat people professionally and with respect when the customer is spendi g money...Lady appeared to be very biased and rude and my sub didnt even taste good...gave it to the dogs

By far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to. I don’t usually post reviews, but i need to comment on the absurdity this Subway location is. The bread is always airy and over-proofed. The location always looks dirty. The lady in charge never puts a sticker on the sandwich. They really dont seem to care about making a decent sandwich here. Really unfortunate especially when the average price of a meal here is almost $20.

Where to start. They don't accept coupons, the lobby is dirty despite a low amount of customers, they refuse to do deluxe 6 inches and despite forcing double meat, they won't do double cheese included in the cost? The manager is rude and I was happy I didn't see her today. They're also very impatient despite their slow speed. Super disappointing. I only came to get food for my Dad but next time I'll just drive the extra 10 to brown deer

I ordered online they charged me for the order never sent me a receipt or delivered my food and you have no way I'm getting your money back they don't pick up the phone and the website seems you automatic with messages

They really wanted to make sure I got enough mustard, good subs be damned I was getting half the bottle of mustard on mine apparently. Also, they wondered aloud why people keep asking about roast beef when they don’t have it. I didn’t have an answer for that.

Lights were flickering which was very annoying, half the sodas weren't available, and so on..Not the best experience that's for sure

I love the menu items the problem was the worker. You could tell she didn't want to be there. She chewed gum as she made my sandwich, wore no mask, and lacked any customer service enthusiasm. So only giving it a 3 because of the service.
