When they say fresh. They don't mean it. I saw literally dead insects in their veggies. I understand we get busy sometimes or we forget things. You have to clean that place up a bit.

I ordered two subs online through the subway app at 5:45 pm which were to be ready by 6:10 pm. My payment was made and accepted through PayPal. I went to the store which is located inside the gas station to find I sign on the door stating "sorry we are closed". The lights were out but the door was not locked so I opened it, entered, and was told by a woman that was frantically running around that they were closed. I told her I had ordered online; she apologized; and walked out towards the door with me and locked it when we were both outside. I told her I was already charged and she told me not to worry about it; she believed the charges would be reversed in a few days. They were not reversed. I filed a claim with PayPal resolution center. They sided with the owner stating I received my purchase. This is fraudulent and an utter lie. The time I ordered was mid afternoon and no where near any type of regular closing hours. I never expected a restaurant to close 3 hours prior to their posted hours; and never expected not to be reimbursed. I advise to stay away from this place as the workers and owner are unreliable and untrustworthy at best.

Service was good but they put to much vegies and less meat and cheese. Also I get the same order every time I go to subway and it’s usually $8 and some change but over here it was $9 and some change, the other places put a decent amount of meat in and charge less so I will not be going here no more

I would give the Subway negative stars if possible. It took 25min for the worker to make 4 sandwiches. He had to stop & review a cheatsheet on how to make 2 of the sandwiches.
