Service was fast. Questioning why I keep getting coupons in mail every month but no subways near me accept them?

Avoid this place like the plague. Came in to get lunch and a leaving hungry. The worker Andy is very clearly high out of his mind and unable to answer simple questions about anything. Was told multiple times to order through the app even though I was standing in the store. Other employee on their phone refusing to help. I literally couldn’t order lunch. Wasted my 30 min break for nothing. Who do I talk to?

Wanted to make this review for the location in South ridge Mall, but I see it's been permanently closed down. In 2016 me and my bf (now husband) were homeless teenagers, both of us just 16 years old. And we went to sit in the tables near the subway, and the manager/women there offered us two meals. We had no money, she took care of us and was kind. We ate for the first time in days. Once we became adults and got our footing, we made sure to pay it forward to people we see who need help. We still do to this day. We've been to Subway many times since then, obviously as paying customers, and never had anything but a positive experience (including the subway I'm reviewing) Subway is awesome. And that woman was awesome. The food is great and the people are amazing people. Keep doing your thing subway!

I have only been to this location about a handful of times. The first two times were fine. They were mobile orders. However, today was a little different. My kids and I wanted to get churros before the day started. We did get a few, and just from getting it and going to the car, the churros were very chewy. After about a few more minutes, they became hard! (Rock hard) I understand this may happen from time to time, and I wanted to call the store and let them know. The man that answered the phone stated he was the owner and reassured me this is how the quality of the churros are and asked me not to come back to that location to buy food. I was not asking for my money back or a replacement just to let him know the ones I bought were disgusting. However, after our conversation, I would say his attitude was more disgusting. He claimed to be the owner, and after reading the most recent reviews, I understand why this location has been going downhill. I will also be reaching out to corporate, I do hope the owner gets the proper training for customer service.

Horrible customer service, rude staff as well as the store manager. They incorrectly made my sub twice, came back a third time for a remake (BLT, which only had bacon and pickles the first time, and only bacon the second). I was awaited by the store manager on the phone who was very very rude. Said I was not aloud the remake, and would get a refund, but then said they would not process the refund and said they would “be there in 5 mins to throw me out”. Definitely contacting corporate.

Owner is very rude. Accused African American women of stealing while they were eating at his establishment. Made them uncomfortable and circle around them while they were beginning to eat their food. Very wild behavior and also grabbed customers personal property while accusing them. Will never go back do not recommend.

Every veggie & slice of meat or cheese is fresh & tasty. The man behind the counter is friendly & fast. Hadn't been here in three years due to Covid 19 & then overcoming my solitary ways, but I'll be back!

Vegetarian options: I have some vegetarian friends, so I'm not sure, because some of them wouldn't like veggies & meat next to each other. But I think there's no contact between them, and no blood, so that makes it fine for me.

Dietary restrictions: Need to post nuts in cookies (or none). My partner is allergic to peanuts, so also needs info about beans, peas & chick peas.

I places my order within five minutes away from this location. It was just 3 subs one footlong part of it. My meatball wrap was cold. The meatballs were cold everything was. The footlong I wanted toasted and it was cold as well. It wasnt even toasted. It looked drenched in sauce and just kept sliding out. Looked disgusting. And as for my other sub it was just plain out nasty. And I wasnt late picking up my order. It was just five minutes.
