Horrible service from BOTH females that work in this place. They both have a nasty attitude and they handle the food in an unsanitary manner. I would starve before i ever set foot in this place. And I’ve been in there twice bc I do know people have bad days. But both days I went they were both standing in the door way by the oven and acted like they were upset bc I came im bc they both started sighing and looking at me in an angry manner. Sad very sad!!!

Terrible customer service. TERRIBLE. If you are in area shoot down to 92nd Greenfield for good service with subs that aren't sparse. Avoid this location!
If I could leave a negative star rating I would. The employees in the establishment were rude to me a my girlfriend because they didn’t clarify where the specific coupon instructions . She grunted and went oh my god and came to show us. After the fact I ordered and sandwich and specifically asked for no bacon because of my religion. When I got home my sandwich was filled with bacon and it became a waste of money.

We went to one other subway before settling for the second one. Don't understand why coupons are sent when you can't use them? Also the first sub shop the person behind counter wasn't very customer friendly. My son & I walked out. The second one was alright, but bread didn't taste fresh. Usually love Subway

if I could give this subway 0 stars I would. The lady that was putting tuna on my bread gave me one scoop. I am not paying 6 dollars for one scoop of tuna on my bread. however the other lady, I believe she is white, she did an amazing job with the proportions.the other two ladies were tasting me down like I was from another planet?? I just think the way the workers put them selves out at the subway would scare people away. Tell them to smile more and greet people. My family owns a fast food place and We always greet people, we always smile. No matter if the fast food place is a chain or if it's just one restaraunt, people need to know how to greet their customers The lady that rang me out did amazing though. I appreciate her, I think her name was Katie.. not sure.
