Chirag Patel provided me with excellent customer service. As I haven't eaten Subway in a few years he was very patient kind and explained the different new sauces that were available He made my Sandwich my liking an Old Fashion BLT it was great‼️ even better than I remembered as Chirag allowed me to sample the new honey and Chipotle sauces which I indeed added to my sandwich making it that much better... Additionally, my broccoli and cheese soup was excellent as well. It was nice and Chunky not too watery, not too thick.. Not to mention the fresh veggies added to my Sandwich.. Overall my experience was a 5 star 🌟 thanks to Chirag Patel's patience

Food was not toasted chicken teriyaki was dry and workers refused to fix food and said it was my fault. Two days later came back in at 950 said they closed 10 minutes early for no reason.

Its a pretty okay place. Bathrooms are locked, a few tables were (pointlessly) removed since they re-opened after COVID, and the place just looks emptier and sadder than when they first opened, after rennovations (pre-COVID). Always new people working there so either the turnaround rate is really high or they are really good at pushing new hires to this place. Not the best, but it works if you are desperate and have money to burn. Honestly the taco truck down the street is cheaper. But there is always free parking, so thats a plus.

Every time I have gotten food from this location I have found a hair in my food. Today I picked up on my way to work. Not only was my order incorrect but I found a hair again. I contacted the store for a refund but because I was unable to bring the sandwich back (I am at work) they did not want to issue a refund.

Placed an online order and they totally messed up on my order, order a foot long churro, never got it. I got everything on my sandwiches besides the lettuce. I’m very upset with this store and how they messed up on my order

If I could give 0 stars I would the staff here have no idea what they are doing, I placed an online order and had to wait 20 minutes when I came in for my sandwich’s to be made. The food was not how I wanted it done. I don’t recommend this subway unless you want horrible service.

The last few times I was there they could not even make my sandwich right it was either cold or not hot I give her certain ingredients to put in the sandwich and she can't even do that right the last three times I've been there she made my sandwiches wrong I will never go back there again.

The young guy who works there is VERY RUDE to me!! Treated me like garbage. I ordered a sub that was made wrong. I didn't know until I got home. I went back in and told him (I work in customer service so I was nice about it. I hate people treating me bad and I would never treat someone poorly). I was showing him nothing but kindness and respect and he treated me like that especially since I had my autistic child with me. I WILL NEVER COME IN HERE AGAIN!!! What kind of place are you running?

After I had finished paying and leaving a 15% tip, the 2 girls behind the counter let me know that all digital and credit card tips go to the OWNER! Are you kidding me?!!!? I will be contacting corporate tomorrow and making sure I get refunded all of my tips over the last year!I don't leave tips for greedy owners!!!The 2 girls behind the counter were terrified of losing their jobs after letting me know this! This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!
