I went in at about 1 today to get a salad. The young man working there was so busy talking on the phone that I felt like I was intruding. I asked him a few questions which he never answered. I asked for pickles and almost got jalapeños instead. I think he needs some more training.

Went to purchase 3, 12 inch subs. This place does not take Subway coupons. I asked why and was told because of the location. That didn’t answer my question. We promptly left. Where not to go: the Subway on 91st street and Burleigh.

The customer service is really bad at this location. I visit this location on more than one occasion. The first time, both ladies had a terrible attitude. I remained cordial, even leaving a tip. Today, I was greated by the same woman with a very nasty attitude. This time I turned and walk out. Also, they do not accept Subway coupons. I recommend the Subway on 6733 W North Ave. I have never had a bad experience at that location.

Don't order online ! They won't add the items you ask more of as if that's not what subway is (side Veggies are FREE) Very greedy . food was cold for items that were supposed to be hot . Not toasted like asked . Honestly don't run a subway if you can't uphold subway policy 🤷🏾♂️ gas station subway is diabolical.
