I am visiting the city to see a comedy show tonight. I passed this Subway down the street from the theater and went to purchase a footlong Subway cookie, I LOVE THEM. A young Indian women mopping the floor stared at me from the inside as if she never seen an African American man before after I asked her politely from outside the store if they were still open. An older Indian woman came out the back as I entered the store to make my order than bring me up. While doing this she also proceeded to stare at me then pushed my order a bit towards me so I can retrieve it on my own. My parents fostered me in an environment growing up where we had friends and family of all cultures/skin colors in our lives. The looks I got here made me feel very uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I thanked them both, took my order and left. Not sure if I would visit this location again in the future. This type of experience, I just do not tolerate.

My sister and I both got sick from eating at this location. Almost immediately after eating. Older woman was rude and rushing through the transaction of paying. I even tipped and she ignored me when I said thank you ladies! Not going back.

Saw the worker outside putting items in the dumpster and pushing the trash down, she then rushed inside to make a sandwich without washing her. Wearing gloves is not an excuse to not wash hands.

I needed to use the restroom before ordering. Indian woman behind counter claimed restroom was out of order even though there was no sign on the door. Offered me hand sanitizer instead, which I was not about to put on my hands, then touch my food. I left without ordering because I felt she was racist. I'm an older Black man.

I live a block away, and never went in but decided to try it out despite the poor reviews of customer service because I'd received coupons in the mail. As soon as I got to the door there was a sign on the door saying that they were no longer accepting mailed coupons because of raising food costs. The store was completely empty. That was annoying but I still thought I'd try it out. Walked in the door, took all of 2 steps in and the woman behind the counter didn't greet me at all but just stared at me with a look of disgust and looked me up and down. I said hi to her and she just continued staring at me. Her energy was so unnecessarily foul. It's not like they couldn't use the business... I told her have a good night and walked out the door. Will never be back. Should have heeded the warnings of the other reviews. Do not recommend. Need nicer staff.

Ordered a salad lettuce was almost brown they claim it was fresh. Had to almost beg for extra dressing and the salad maker didn’t speak English well , he had to rely on the other sandwich maker to translate. Cashier was in a hurry. It wasn’t busy . I started not to buy it but, I don’t want to do people wrong. Won’t be returning to THIS LOCATION AT ALL

This is a good one. No paper coupons accepted, but rewards cards are honored. Clean and well stocked.
