First time visiting a Subway since I've been here in WI and I had bad experience! It was two ladies very rude as soon as I entered. I asked if I could use the key for the restroom before I ordered my food and wasn't given the key. It was a older lady that name start with a M that was trying to argue with me because I asked the younger lady with glasses on her name since she didn't have a name badge on for my review because she didn't give me a fork for my food nor napkins. Went in 815 Monday June 25 ordered a tuna after eating felt very under the influence and ended up staying up all night and missing work in the morning. SOMETHINg IN THE TUNA!!! Prior to writing this review as soon as I searched subway mitchell st from my cell phones search engine my internet was disconnected…
If y’all close at 8 don’t stop my service at the door saying you close at 7:50 because you’ll miss your bus. Especially when you left your door open.

Employees were not very knowledgeable about ordering on the app to get the BOGO free deal. They said to order and the discount would be all applied after a half hour of setting everything up come to find out their location doesn't support that promo. Waste of time. Then forgot my soup and 2 of my cookies n couldn't even throw a drink in for free.... Terrible!
