Employees were not very knowledgeable about ordering on the app to get the BOGO free deal. They said to order and the discount would be all applied after a half hour of setting everything up come to find out their location doesn't support that promo. Waste of time. Then forgot my soup and 2 of my cookies n couldn't even throw a drink in for free.... Terrible!

Like any other Subway for the most part with two exceptions. First, there isn't always convenient parking since they don't have their own lot. Second, they don't always take Subway coupons, which is more than a little annoying. Still, this is the easiest fast food place to be able to choose a relatively healthy meal.

Last night I ordered two subs for pick up. when my frind got there to pick them up they wouldn't give them to him even though the credit card used was in his name. they didn't call the contact number to verify the order. when my frind got back to my house I called them. they told me that there was no manager there and that they were closed. then they acted like they didn't understand english and hung up on me. I called again this morning and was told that the manager was not there. I told them what happened the night before and asked if there was someone I could talk to. They passed the phone back and forth a couple of times..then hung up on me....again. So, all in all, they made the sandwiches, refused to give them to the person I sent to pick them up...acted like they had no clue as to what I was talking about...but charged my friends credit card for food we didn't get. The subway on Mitchell are thieves and I'll never order from there again but what was more insulting was that you know enough english to read and make the order, but when I try to talk to you about not getting my order, all of the sudden, you don't know english...bulls#it!

This is one of the WORST Subways ever. I usually would take a picture however, my phone was dead. The steak and cheese was disgusting. The steak tasted old. When the first lady was making my food. I asked this lady with a missing tooth(she worked there) can I get fresh bread? She said, the bread has been there since this morning (remind you it's 4:20pm). She was pulling out fresh bread out the oven. She told me she has to make fresh bread for the afternoon crew because the younger staff is lazy. They didn't have any broccoli and cheese soup. The lady with a missing tooth told me to complain to her manager because she's missing a lot of stuff and her manager is lazy. When she got off work she took a pizza and three bags of chips home. My daughter was hungry and I was in the area of picking her up from school. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I COME HERE..
