Every order we’ve place at this store gets screwed up. Go literally anywhere else but here. What do you mean my crispy rice bowl is missing carrots, chicken, AND CRISPY RICE? It’s literally in the name of the bowl. Awful experience every time.

I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls
NO STEAK IN MY STEAK BOWL! Drove 15 minutes home to see that they never added steak to my pickup order. So pissed and sad, I was looking forward to steak so bad and then I open it to a big disappointment. Tried to call the store but some robot answering machine answered and wouldn’t connect me to a store worker. I’m so upset this is my 13th reason.

I love going to this sweet green but the service is so inconsistent. They close at random hours different than what is posted both online and on their door and then make it seem like it’s your fault for not reading their minds. For example, tonight I showed up 20 minutes before what their website said was close time and the door was unlocked and they were actively serving another patron. The woman behind the counter doesn’t even look at me and says “we’re closed” and I would have given this location a one star review if not for the nice gentleman who came out of the kitchen to explain and apologize. Other staff I have encountered on other occasions have been either great or rude, seems like there’s no in between. I have a routine of going every week but will not be returning in 2026 until management addresses the inconsistencies and lack of professionalism by staff.

Encontramos un gusano caminando tranquilamente en nuestra ensalada.
I recently ordered a meal and mistakenly ordered it for pickup. I immediately called to cancel but Sweetgreen said that 1 minute was too late to cancel because it was an ASAP order. Then I had to wait 2 hours for my reorder to be delivered although that was an ASAP order. When I complained to customer service all I kept getting was automated responses saying they understand how frustrated I must be feeling. Terrible customer service. Just salad for me from now on.
Ran out of wild rice and roasted chicken. Basil leaves served whole? Who eats a whole leaf on a salad. Should have been sliced or torn. Knives are not provided
Start off by saying I dont think these issues are the employees fault. Portion sizes are ridiculous and half my toppings were missing. I ordered a bunch of add-ons and the bowl was still half empty. I got tofu and was given 4 peices. Chicken for a few shopped up that fits in a small spoon. It was almost comical. If I hadnt doubled the base price it wouldve been a few scraps of lettuce and morsels of Brocoli and veggie. Also because I didnt order in store when I opened my to go it was too late to realize. I assume toppings ran out but it was paid for so. On a more positive note the blackened chicken, quinoa and tofu were delicious. It was crazy to be so stingy too with ingredients because the place was closing soon but I am sure this is being run by corporate. Shame because it is good but cant justify the experience and price. Pre-covid Sweetgreen was great.

This location needs help! I stood in line for quite some time without ever being acknowledged. Somehow a woman 2 places behind me got service, but I was never helped. I think it may be a blessing though - the place looked rather dirty, and I have now read several reviews where worms/caterpillars are mentioned as being in people’s food!! Take your money to the Milwaukee Public Market instead!

It was chilly inside even for me who enjoys the cold. It makes sense though because they're serving up salads. I love the decor, antique meets modern. Variety of salads, including vegetarian options and hot dishes. Macros are posted on their website in an easy to read format.

Tried the Harvest Bowl and it was awesome, couldn't even finish it - so much food! Love having healthy, protein-packed options for meals that are quick/easy, but not fast food. Would definitely come back again and try another bowl!

I loved this place, it was always fresh, great taste, big portions, but as I finished my salad with maybe 2 bites lift I found a huge fly of some sort at the bottom 🤮 unfortunately I’ll never be able to eat it again.
