The black person working today 11/24/25 at 11:40 was a completely rude person that told us to hold on the put The headset down then proceeded to say that we are ordering too slowly. When we said we could still hear him. He then said he's not talking to us and very rudely then continue to talk bad about his own customers. Do not go to this place. Absolutely horrible.

Ordered food on the app. Itâs 10 pm and we go to pick it up. Apparently the order didnât go through which is okay, but we have confirmation in the app and our bank statement. They refuse to see on our phone that we have an order through that location and refuse to see our bank statements. This was 10 pm on Sunday Nov 16. I donât know if they just donât want to do their job or donât have the human decency to remake food that was clearly ordered but they have no customer service or any empathy. In that situation you ask to conform the order especially since WE PAID and didnât get our money back. Itâs a couple tacos itâs not going to ruin your night you have to remake them. Learn to have customer service and learn to have human decency. Whoever was working the drive though also needs to have better attitude because all we did was pay for our food and show up to pick it up. Do better Taco Bell and make sure your employers actually want to work. Absolutely disappointing.

This might honestly be the worst fast food place in the world. Every time I order delivery it takes over an hour. The most recent time, I had 4 separate couriers show up and tell me the restaurant didnât have my order. Or that someone else took it.

Very unprofessional children that works there. The store was closed during opening hours. The staff was inside not telling us customers what was going on. I hope cooperate needs to investigate this store. Door dashers and uber eats drivers was out side complaining about not getting there orders

Stopped here after a concert at the Rave. The food was terrible our Chalupa shells were the consistency of a brick, barely any meat or sauce on any of the items we all ordered. Will not be stopping at this one again.

This team of employees are like fast food athletes. The speed, attention to detail and customer service is too notch. And if they fail at being able to provide you a specific item due to inventory. They comp you on any substitute along with a sincere apology, even though it's not even directly their fault. I specifically will travel just to order from this location due to the quality of service that goes into every order I make no matter the size. I'm not a bit or even compensated for this review. I just know that good work is hard to find and this place deserves all the credit they can get. 10 stars hands down!

I ordered delivery from this taco bell through a 3rd party and was getting ready to finish my 2nd soft taco when I felt something harder than everything else on the taco. spit my food out and theres a quarter sized white plastic ring inside of my taco. sent a message through headquarters seeing that the phones seem like they don't work at the store
