I check my bag before I leave the store to make sure all my food is there. One order was missing the tomatoes in the Taco Supreme when I said to not add sour cream.

I can’t speak for the atmosphere because I ordered door dash. I am a HUGE crunch wrap fan and the one that I ordered today wins the worst I’ve ever had. It was basically a mouthful of flour tortilla. I opened it up to see that three of the 5 fillings I requested were not included and the fillings that were in there were basically non existent. I basically ate a mouthful of flour tortilla. Do not go here.

We waited a long time and they did not get our order right. We had to drive back to order what they missed and paid for it. Got home and the regular soft chicken taco instead of supreme was plain chicken wrapped in a tortilla. No lettuce. No cheese. The cantina chicken quesadilla barely had any chicken. I could see if it wason the value menu but this is $7! I understand there was only 2 employees but there was Not a steady or long line of customers either. I see why. I'm going to the food truck for tacos now.

Nothing but attitude every single time I come. The girl on drive thru says “what” instead of “how can I help you”. It’s really is a shame to be a tax payer and have to deal with restaurants in the community with lousy service and workers who don’t want to work.

Tried to cancel order, but they don’t answer their phone…ever. Originally I cancelled through the app within a second of submitting it when I realized it defaulted to the wrong store, but cancellation was not allowed. I will be disputing the charge
If you like shity Taco Bell this is the place for you to come to this is the way I unwrap my food and it wasn't even busy 😔😔😔😔

Doors were busted out & replaced with plywood and locked. No clear direction on how to pick up an order so we used the drive thru. Staff got mad because we used the drive thru to pick up the order?
If your doors are locked customers will need to use the drive thru to pick up food.

DON'T EVER COME HERE. There drive through ONLY EVERY allows door dash - no signs or anything - they make you wait in line to tell you that you can't order. If I could give them 0 stars I would - ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

Today December 7, 2024 @ 7:45pm I decided to visit the Taco Bell on 76th ST. Went through the drive thru and the service was terrible. Get home and had the wrong order. I had to get back out in the cold to go back and get the order corrected. Walked in the restaurant and it’s absolutely nasty. After standing there for 7 mins before anyone acknowledged me, I was greeted with what you want!! Explained that my order was messed up showing the receipt with what I should gotten, the cashier rudely walks away, tell the line worker and he asks what the order should have been. He preceded to remake my order and guess what IT WAS STILL WRONG!! Literally messed my order up 2 times. I literally just left the food on the counter and walked out. Tried to call the number listed in google and on the receipt and it’s not in service. What a waste of my money and time. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND not dining there EVER!!!

Definitely can do way better but because I am limited to places on my bus routes back and forth from work & home. Several employees ignore you, and several times I've received food not cooked correctly (even after receiving uncooked food I'd asked to please make sure it was cooked the next time and yet I still received uncooked), and if you are doing takeout or dine in they don't really care much about the dining room or keeping the napkins, sauces, ECT... stocked or wiping down the soda area.
