Very disappointing. I was actually ask to pull to the front door and wait for this. Why would anyone pay 14-15 bucks for this. How can you make this, package it and take it to someone proudly. I have worked in the food industry and I took pride in serving people and them knowing I made that. This is unacceptable and very upsetting. 0 STARS ACROSS THE BOARD.

I paid 21 bucks for a Nacho combo with a soft taco supreme and 2 steak soft shell tacos. Smfh....
Service and the people were awesome but the restaurant itself is pure garbage now.
Definitely will not be going to Taco Bell again. Everything that made Taco Bell good is now gone. 20 bucks for a garbage lunch is a complete rip off.

Fast food, expectations are not high but....this place is super close to my house so....decided to stop. I always order with no onions!!! Its a crapshhot whether I get no onions or a million onions. This is why I RARELY go here, I've learned. Open my burrito, a million onions. I took it back since I'm close, person who made it wrong made a new one and gave it to me. No apology, no give damn. Will definitely be even longer before I go again 😒

I can’t speak for the atmosphere because I ordered door dash. I am a HUGE crunch wrap fan and the one that I ordered today wins the worst I’ve ever had. It was basically a mouthful of flour tortilla. I opened it up to see that three of the 5 fillings I requested were not included and the fillings that were in there were basically non existent. I basically ate a mouthful of flour tortilla. Do not go here.
We waited a long time and they did not get our order right. We had to drive back to order what they missed and paid for it. Got home and the regular soft chicken taco instead of supreme was plain chicken wrapped in a tortilla. No lettuce. No cheese. The cantina chicken quesadilla barely had any chicken. I could see if it wason the value menu but this is $7! I understand there was only 2 employees but there was Not a steady or long line of customers either. I see why. I'm going to the food truck for tacos now.

Tried to cancel order, but they don’t answer their phone…ever. Originally I cancelled through the app within a second of submitting it when I realized it defaulted to the wrong store, but cancellation was not allowed. I will be disputing the charge
