3rd shift today was lazy & unprofessional for people to spend they money and not receive what they asked for they literally gave us tacos with no meat on it if u want good food go far out they so low class it’s sad

They were cooking the chicken for quesadillas but offered to replace it with any other meat. Asked for SourCream because it wouldn’t let us order through the app and did.

Guy at the counter told me to check my food to make sure everything was there. Told him I don't usually have to do that, and he said that he liked my confidence...
Also what is a refresca supposed to be because I don't think it's supposed to be stale soda with no ice and shreds of a strawberry in a half filled large size water cup.

Drove 15 minutes for this location, but they prefer delivery drivers over customers that actually show up in person. Very insulting policy by management. This is why they have two stars.
Edit: Reading the other reviews, looks like they don't care about food quality either. Definitely wouldn't feel safe eating there. Thankful the staff i talked to were so insulting to save me from possible food poisoning.

Soda was flat, fries were stale, and didn't give me the sauces I asked for. How is this place still open?!?! Not until you all stop spending your money here will the owners listen!! Worst of all I just read through all the reviews and not one response from Corp smh. I will be calling them tomorrow.

I made a recent visit to order breakfast, which was unavailable to my surprise. An associate told me that every Taco Bell location no longer served breakfast. I shortly after traveled to the Taco Bell on Port Washington Road, only a few miles away, where I receive my intended breakfast order. I returned to the first Taco Bell to clarify the confusion; the associate who I initially conversed with directed me to the manager. Although I was slightly irritable, the manager fielded my questions with grace and responded with empathy, leaving me feeling better than when I arrived. All heroes don’t wear capes. Kudos to her.

This taco bell is stingy on their meat in their tacos. Also, my daughter ordered chips and cheese, and they only gave her about 5 chips to go with that little cup of cheese. Also, their prices are extremely high. I'm not going to this Taco Bell anymore!!!
