I’ve never had a good experience at this location. The employees here are miserable lmao. I pull up to the speaker, the girl taking my order goes “Hello?” and says nothing else after I say my order. I pull up to the window and she says nothing to me as I pull out my phone to pay. She hands me drink and goes “Here”. I said “Thank you” when she handed me both my drink and my food and got no response both times. No one is forcing you to work here lil bro

Why is it that every time a customer comes here there is a lady announcing a 15min-20min wait for food ? You have employees on duty , there's no line in the drive through b, and inside as I drove past the front door. Sorry but this location is a must AVOID for the sake the timely orders and attitude.
Added note: The guy with the long hair is by far the only one showing a care in service. He was polite and noticed my dissatisfying attitude and helped turn it around by speaking with me. Nothing about situation, just about the music I was listening to. Cool guy.

If you don’t want to order from the kiosk, you’ll be completely ignored. They had no utensils besides knives. They had no fire sauce. I watched people walk in, walk up to the counter, try to get anyone’s attention, be ignored for several minutes, get tired of waiting, and then walk out. At least one mobile order was carried off by a guy who clearly hadn’t ordered it and was just tired of waiting. The only redeeming quality was that the food was the same as every other Taco Bell.
