Not the best taco bell
I have tried to go to this location 3 times in the past couple weeks and each time I have been told either that their system is down and they aren’t taking orders, or they weren’t open yet (they were open). When they do take orders the quality is bad and/or the order is incorrect. The only reason I kept trying to go back is because I live nearby, but I guess now I will be driving to a farther location if I want Taco Bell. Do not recommend this location.

I'll be honest, I haven't always had the best food or service at this Taco Bell but today, it was great! When I went to the drive through speaker, I was greeted very nicely and asked how I was doing today. I answered good, how are you? The woman said, "I'm good. It's my first day and I feel like I'm rocking it!" When I got to the window, I asked her her name and she said Katie. I loved her enthusiasm and her all-around customer service. She got my order right and the food was delicious! I wish every drive through I went to had a Katie. She actually made my day!

I am mute and my spouse and I went through the drivethru and they forgot my slushie. We stopped and I ran inside to tell them and get it. It took me ridiculously long to get attention when they could ALL see me. When I did get a guys attention he auto responded “we dont take orders” to tell me you can only use the kiosk. I think that’s insane enough as is but that’s not something they can really help since its a corporate decision. He read my notes app message that I just needed a slushie and looked at me weird and got his manager. She looked at my notes app and my receipt and then looked at me like she was pissed for no reason and shoved the first freeze she saw in my hands (that wasn’t the right flavor) and then said “have a good day” and turned and walked away

I would put 0 stars but 1 is the lowest. This is not the first or even the 5th time my order has been incorrect but the app will not allow me to choose a different location for delivery. I ordered my food and was missing over half the order and all I got is a busy line whenever I call this store and the app only gave me a $10 credit when I was missing more that $15 in food that I ordered. And what I did receive was not correct. I really wish this location would close or that the app would allow me to choose the better store to get it delivered from

I no longer go here. Too many times I've stopped by and the staff claim they're not taking orders. I see them just lounging around on their phones. When they are working, the food and service is good.

This place keeps closing their drive through earlier than they're supposed to!!! Also, they take FOREVER to make the food. 2nd time in a row, they've taken more than 10 minutes to make the food, and of course, the drive-through was closed! They're also rude.

The manager was very attentive, rectifying a mistake with my order before I even opened the bag. The food was hot and made properly and the workers were very polite. Thank you!

This is indeed the back rooms of Taco Bell. Don’t pull up here if you have anything to do for the next 5 to 10 business days of your life, you won’t make it.
