This company will be out of business before long at the rate they're going. The meat and fill portions in general are inexcusably small--not what they used to be. Until they get their act together, you should just avoid Taco Bell all together. Considering how many good local options there are, that shouldn't be hard. Milwaukee has a plethora of decent to great Mexican restaurants.

At one point in time this Taco Bell was thee best in the city. The food was accurate and fresh. I’m unsure what I walked into this evening but we stood in the lobby for nearly 15 minutes and were completely ignored by the people making food. I don’t even think there was anyone to take a physical order. I will not use the kiosks. The restaurant is freezing inside and smells like Mariquana masked in Indian House Blessing incense.
It was just very rude to be ignored especially when we eat here quite often and don’t complain about the shitty atmosphere. We just left. This was uncalled for.

Best Taco Bell in the Milwaukee area! Brandon is fantastic; he truly cares about both the quality of service and the food. We had a wonderful experience with him at the drive-thru window today. We actually drive out of our way to come to this location because it’s always reliable and we know the customer service will be great. That’s not something we can usually say about other Taco Bells in the area, so it’s refreshing to see this one run so well with such a great staff.

Brandon went above and beyond for me. There was another fellow there who appeared to be on his break and he was very helpful fas well. The food was hot, fresh and made with care. Great Customer service guys, keep up the good work! To Management: These young men are keepers, take good care of them.

I like this Taco Bell when people are nice and that was not the case today. I’ve been going here since forever and today was the day I had to review it. I proceeded to order my food at the speakers, and the woman, taking my order misheard me twice, and I was OK with that. People mishear things all the time and it’s not something that I’m gonna ever be annoyed at. However, when I got to the window, the lady that took my order, had an attitude and was not very Nice or friendly. One of my complaints is that she did not give me my change back and rounded up my total, even though I did not ask to round up. The second thing was that she got one of my orders wrong, and I asked her if I could just swap it out because that is not what I originally ordered, and she did, but she had an attitude while doing it. She never said sorry. Never said my bad, even. Just straight up silence with a seemingly irritated look. The more I go to this Taco Bell location specifically, the worst the experience is. And before asking why I didn’t ask for my change, she already look visibly annoyed and I had already at this point told her my order was wrong. I’m not saying you need to be happy and cheery working fast food. I know customers can be a lot at times. I understand that people have bad days, but I was super respectful to this worker and this was the experience I was given.
