The one on Layton Ave sucks . The last 2 times I went they have forgotten sauces I ordered. Yesterday they forgot sauces put tomatoes on stuff I asked them not to and forgot half of my wife's order. They are terrible.

Ordered 2 chalupas. They served me old bread, the chalupas are so hard they’re crumbling. I called and they said come back. I asked why you’re even serving old stale food and the reply was some people like it like that. I’m disgusted and disappointed.

Placed a $55 dollar order at 340 AM. They had my order right and to me in less then 5 mins. 4 meals and some extras. I appreciate yall!!! my ride home I was trying to figured out how’s id fix things with what food was missing. Cause it’s a regular thing at fast food restaurants now a days. So thank yall so much. I got to eat my food and didn’t need to give it to 1 of the kids

This place is Hit or Miss. Sometimes it's great. Sometimes it's absolutely awful. And I don't know if it's always busy, but we seem to always get there when there's a lot of cars in the Drive-Thru. And if you want to just leave, you're then stuck in line because there's no way to get out. But like I said, it's hit or miss. Sometimes there's a lot of cars and they go really fast. But when they go really fast the food shows how fast they go and it ends up looking like it's already come out lol
I purposely drive to this Taco Bell rather than the one on Chicago Avenue because their service is amazing! They never screw up my order and the staff is so nice. Do NOT go to the one on Chicago in South Milwaukee. Light years difference between these 2 Taco Bells. Frankly, they need to wipe out the whole staff at the other one and replace them with respectful staff like this Taco Bell. :)
