This place is hit or miss. Always check your drive thru order bc half the time they give you somebody else's. Tonight they seemed to be messing up everybody's orders and it had a domino effect. The girl at the drive thru didn't seem to care at all either.

I went through the Drive-Thru at 9:40 pm October 11th. The girl who took our order was INSANELY RUDE never seen such unprofessionalism in my life, Not to mention she short changed me a lot my total was 15.00, I handed her a 20 and got back a dollar. when mentioned she ignored me.

My mom and I visited this location a few days ago, I had to stop to review their customer service. The young lady that took my mother's order name was Destiny. Her patience, customer service skills should be highlighted and noticed. It is so difficult to encounter cashiers, supervisors, customer service representatives that actually care and are knowledgeable about their menu or company. I was very impressed with her willingness to assure my mom was comfortable with what she ordered. We didn't feel rushed. Great job Destiny!!

There was like no meat on the tacos!!! They stuck to the paper.. gave us a medium when we paid for a large drink.. It was just horrible and they messed up a few things.. do not recommend going there. The boxes we ordered or lux box did not come in a box- It was just a mess... What a waste of money and time. Usually we love Taco Bell, but go to 27th. We left annoyed and were even more upset and disappointed when we got back home. Staff just didn't care. It was like a manager wasn't on duty. We went on a Monday or Tuesday night.

I think I just had the best meal from Taco Bell in my whole life. Service was excellent too! Took my order right away. Came to the window right away to greet me. I think I have officially left the ghetto (where the wait is 20+ minutes, they cut their quesadillas with their eyes closed, and you don’t question the awful quality). Btw, I got spicy ranch on my chicken chalupa. Omg flavortown. Even my kid who always steals a bite of food regardless of eating his Cane’s just before, got wide-eyed and exclaimed “mmm”! Did I just leave a positive review for T-Bell? Wowza!

This is the shittiest Taco Bell I’ve ever been too.
I went here last month and ordered three softshell taco supreme’s. They gave me my tacos greasy and no ground beef in it. They just put ground beef grease in it.
I went back today to give it another chance thinking maybe it was just an off day ordered three softshell tacos. I got them and it was absolutely disgusting. It looks like somebody crunched them after they put them in the wrapper and there was nothing inside of it. It was nothing but a sloppy mess. The person who cooks the shitty food must have an attitude when making food.
Don’t even waste your time this place needs to just shut down.
