My wife an I's favorite taco truck in the city. Their beans are amazing, and portion size's monstrous without skimping on quality. Definitely worth it, but remember they ONLY TAKE CASH.

I got the 5 mini tacos in beef and pork, the beef was a little dry, but still 4 star worthy. The pork was absolutely spot on, 6 stars out 5!!!!

I always went here and then La Brazita came. I thought the condiments were great, but it was expensive and there was no plate. I'll choose El Charrito without a doubt.

OMG WORSE BURRITOS EVER!!! My husband is Hispanic and does speak Spanish!! He told the guy 3 burritos. The guy makes him tacos and then gets pissed off at him because he didn’t repeat the order back to him which he should’ve done.!! SO THEY MADE REALLY REALLY BAD!!! STEAK WAS EXTREMELY BURNT!!! NO LETTUCE NO TOMATOES, NO SOUR CREAM , NO PINTO BEANS, AND NO CHEESE!!!! And before we got our food, I went back and ordered one for my mother! SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT WHEN YOU ORDER 4 STEAK BURRITOS AND EVERY SINGLE ONE IS BURNT AND NOTHING IN IT BUT BURNT STEAK AND A TORTILLA!!!! I literally could’ve went to El Rey and bought taco meat and made this at my home way way better!!! $40 AND IT WAS HORRIBLE!!!! WE USE TO LOVE THIS TACO TRUCK BUT WE WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE!!! IT WAS THE ONE BY 35 th BURNHAM!!! My husband was so pissed off with the guy and my husband doesn’t get mad EASY because he’s a cook himself!!! JUST EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!!! DID NOT TAKE PICS BECAUSE IT WAS ALL OVER THE PLACE IN THE CAR!!! MY HANDS WERE EXTREMELY GREASY!!! And I have a brand new phone and I wasn’t getting dirty But I do regret not taking pictures!!!

Tacos are good, but not the best I have tasted. Yet, Tacos el Charrito is very popular with the folks who work in the Michels building and Lincoln Warehouse. My opinion is just my opinion.
Buy the one in the restaurant depot. The orchata looks like water with sugar. Without any flavor and hot. The asada burrito was just salad, the meat was not visible in the burrito. In short, I didn't like it at all.

Came very highly recommended from some of my coworkers ("locals" to that part of the city). They were right...best truck in the city! I will drive miles out of my way for this truck. Never disappoints!Heading there shortly for a late lunch. My kids ask to stop for food every time we drive by!
