This restaurant on 13st is extremely good . Service is great ,store extremely clean.. Only one minor problem that I really hope they fix to make the experience better . The air conditioner temperature is extremely low .So I suggest you bring a sweater and be prepared to eat your food fast because half way through your food starts getting extremely cold a/c air is blowing cold like crazy and that makes the dining experience a bit overwhelming and as soon as you start drinking your drink…if you order a large drink then you get cold more faster. I “tried “ to go to their other location on Lincoln’s Ave . I opened up the door and all I felt was a cold draft.We had to leave .. I felt bad. The person went to get the chips to tell us where to sit when they turned around we were gone . We couldn’t take it. It was way too cold a/c was blasting more in this location . The food is extremely good, but they’re pricey and you want to be able to enjoy your food you don’t want be rushing like if you’re in a horse race trying to eat your food. Sometimes I have chosen to eat the food out, but I don’t always feel like taking my food out. I want to be able to enjoy the food there hot, but it gets extremely cold fast.

The sauce is not the same at all ? before the tree with tomato was delicious, it is new and has no flavor, The waitresses are not good at taking an order, they give you what they want and when you speak to complain they don't even ask for an apology, Terrible, I won't order from Hay again, much less recommend the place.

Went with my husband and he got the shrimp cocktail and the shrimps tasted bad like they were sitting for a while so my husband didnt eat them and asked for the carne asada plate and even that was bad...... I got green steak enchiladas and the sauce tasted a bit sour. So what made me more angry is that when we went to pay they still charged him for the shrimp cocktail that he had one shrimp out of..... bad food and bad service!!!! Honestly they use to be really good and now I don't even want to look at another Arandas..... this is sad..... the owners need to do better
