Horrible. No amenities advertised. No airport shuttle, no coffee maker, no hot water, a toilet full of excrement, no breakfast which I didn't care about. The one positive is that it is clearly under renovation. The bed and linens were very comfortable as was the new carpeting. Don't even make me mention the pool. Customer service, if even at the front desk, lacking. Now closed as of my check-in date on Oct 9 due to short-staffing. Someone is there as when I called to voice concern, I heard a voice and got hung up upon 3 times. STAY next door at the Crowne Plaza. They are extremely professional and worth a few extra bucks. What a mess.
This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in! If you like towels and or washcloths this is not the place for you! If you are lucky enough to have them in your room when you check in don't think you can get more! We stayed there four nights. Twice we asked for clean towels and washcloths and never did receive them! The mattresses are old and bad. There is no coffee service in the hotel. The hotel is supposed to put out food in the morning but most mornings we were there nothing was provided. When we checked in the room had not been properly cleaned. One of the drawers contained a towel, used condoms, and condom wrappers! The manager could not care less what happens at this hotel. Rooms are not serviced. The hotel is filthy. And it's in general unsafe! I will sleep in my car before I will stay in this hotel again! The only reason I gave it one star is because this website will not allow me to leave a review without it. I would like to have given it a minus 10!
Booking made 6 months in advance through booking.com not honored on arrival. No one on reception upon arrival, couple of other parties trying to check in. Guy who turned up 20 mins later was rude and in no way suitable for being the responsible person on the premises, both for his own well-being and that of guests. The only answer we got was ‘we’re over booked, I have no rooms’ this despite us having paid in full 6 months previously. Wasn’t able to advise on a refund as clearly no idea how the arrangement with third party booking sites work - avoid at all costs. Second party wanting to check in had only made their reservations 2 days prior and also turned away.
This hotel should be closed until the management can hire enough staff to provide general cleaning, maintenance, and make major safety repairs. Issues include: exposed wiring, uncovered vents, mold in the showers, beds, and walls. The lobby bathrooms do not have doors and are not ADA compliant. There is no posted occupancy signage. TV’s in the wellness room are ready to fall off the walls. There is hanging wiring and exposed wires. There is no working air in the main areas. The elevator is out of order. There is no shuttle, bar, or pool as advertised. Customers may unsafely access the pool which is green and not safe. Garbage is piled up in the hallways, stairwells, and parking lot. There are piles of garbage. The exterior grounds have not been mowed or taken care of. Weeds are growing everywhere. Because key cards do not work on exterior doors they are left propped open for anyone to enter. There were no extra towels. We didn’t even have towels when checking into the room. The sheets were dirty, hair, blood, and other liquids were visible. No extra sheets were available. The floors in the room had not been cleaned. Of our 3 rooms, one had blood on the floor, one had some sort of sticky residue, and one had gum. It was clear there are not enough staff to keep this hotel running. It should also be noted there are people living in the hotel as “squatters”. The hotel management explained they are trying to evict. The issue is these customers take resources and time from staff. One of them helped themselves to the laundry and towels as though they were an employee. Finally, we tried to talk to a front desk staff about these issues and management told him to call the police as they were unwilling to discuss these issues. The desk and janitorial staff work hard and do their best. They are treated poorly by management. One staff showed us correspondence of being berated by management. This hotel should be closed.
This is an abandoned motel! No one is there to answer the phone, no one at front desk, no one driving the shuttle! No one any where except vagrants hanging around out side. Stopped in two times to check in and it was literally completely deserted! If you like ghost towns then this is your place. Had to have Choice hotels finally call someone to appear at desk. Guess what? $20 cash only to check in 1 hour early! Guess what ? No conditioner in room , or coffee packets, or do not disturb sign, or laundry bag! When we returned that night the back door of the hotel was propped open by the construction crew! Did I mention, the hotel is in process of a remodel, so elevator doesn’t work, restaurant out of service!
I booked a room for 3 adults through Hotwire that ended up being at this hotel. I tried calling the hotel over a dozen times in the week leading up to our trip in order to see if we could check in early and never received an answer (big red flag). When we arrived to the hotel on Saturday, July 23, at 5:00, we were told that their “system had crashed” and that our reservation had been canceled. I never received any prior notice of this fact. We were offered absolutely zero recourse, weren’t even given an apology, and were essentially stranded in a strange city with nowhere to sleep at 5:00 pm. I called the Clarion customer support to see if they would help us find a new hotel, as we called no less than 30 other hotels in the area which were all fully booked for the night. The customer service agent told me there was an available room at the exact hotel that had canceled our reservation. The agent found a vacancy at a Quality Inn approximately 30 minutes farther from Milwaukee than we planned, and we had to pay an additional $50 for that room. I’ve never received such poor customer service in my life and am absolutely disgusted. If I could give this hotel 0 stars, I would. Please do not stay here.
Firstly, when I checked in there was no staff in sight. I had been traveling for 6 hours to get here so I decided to use the bathroom while I waited for staff to appear to check me in. There was no toilet paper or paper towels in the bathroom. I returned to the desk to check in and still no staff came for 40 minutes. I stood there and rang the bell several times and called the front desk phone several times. Still no one appeared. I literally had pee dripping down my leg the entire time I was waiting. Once someone finally came to the desk there was no apology for me standing there that whole time. She was friendly though and got me checked in. Got to the room and the key didn't work. I came back to the desk and she had disappeared again. I had to wait another 30 minutes for her to come back to issue me another key. She did not give me a new key it was a dirty old key that a previous guest had used. It had makeup all over it and she did mentioned it being dirty but did not give me a new key. Once we finally got into our room after over an hour It was awful. The room was disgusting. Everything was gross and hadn't been clean. There were random marks all over the walls. Mold in the shower. and something nasty all over the ceiling. Also we found a pair of nasty pants in the dresser drawer. The whole experience was terrible and I would never stay here again. The bed was comfortable though. Only good thing I could say about it.
It is a low-priced hotel located near the airport and just minutes from downtown. The location was good for the price. From check-in, which was easy and quick, to find my room, everything was trouble-free. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our room was quiet and clean. It had all the amenities that I needed right at hand. They include free Wi-Fi, a pool, a fitness center, a 24-hour business center, free parking, and a complimentary shuttle to the airport. Each room comes with flat-screen cable TV with HBO. The décor was nice as well. For the breakfast, a buffet-style, they had little food but of great quality. The staff was friendly and helpful. It has a spacious lobby. It was a good experience for me – we got what we paid for!
We brought a client in from New York and set up his stay at the Radisson since it is close to the airport and our business. Our client was very happy with the shuttle to and from the airport, cleanliness of the rooms and lobby and staff. Tina was exceptionally helpful at the front desk. I had emailed her and called several times to have her help with setting up the reservation and making sure billing would be handled correctly for the ease of our traveler who ended up checking in very late due to weather. Marcos got him right into his room with out any delays. Housekeepers had the room taken care of each day. Thank you to all the staff that helped.
The remodel and updates look great and the service in the hotel bar was fabulous. The bar’s food menu had very few choices, which was a bit of a let down. Our biggest complaint was the shuttle to the airport. We asked to leave at 4am. When we arrived in the lobby a few minutes early, we were told that the shuttle had just left with a full van and would be right back. Well, that was not the case. The van did not return to pick us up, along with another family that was waiting, for another 15 minutes. This put us behind at the airport, almost making us late for check in. The hotel should’ve paid attention to their shuttle schedule and known that there were too many people marked down for 4am, and then arranged with their guests to move a few times around in order to accommodate everyone. Had we known this might have been an issue, we would have happily agreed to an earlier shuttle time, but instead the hotel chose to take their chances with jeopardizing our flight schedule. This was completely unacceptable and will be looking for a different hotel next year for our next park n fly.

Just a horrible experience overall. Not enough staff, couldn’t provide liquor because it was locked up by 8:00 pm and only a manager could get in. Slowest shittiest service, don’t go here.
