Kinda forgot this place even existed. We won't be making that mistake again. The lamb empanada and rocket salad were both excellent and the entrees were equally good. We ate at the bar which was cozy and fun. The server was attentive and super knowledgeable, but never overbearing. We loved it here!

If I could give this more than 5 stars I would. The amount of purpose and passion that goes into curating the beer and meal pairings was evident in every aspect of the dinner. Tess is clearly run by an owner who cares deeply about their work and the whole meal was wonderful. An incredible and hardworking wait staff as well.

I would rate this restaurant 10 stars if I could. My salmon was by far the best I have ever eaten, and I spent 10 days in Scotland two years ago. The restaurant is so clean that it actually sparkles. Street parking can be a challenge but don't let that be a deterrent. You must try this restaurant!

This spot is our favorite restaurant in Milwaukee. The cuisine by their owner chefs is always delicious and creatively served, so we celebrated our 25th Anniversary there. They made sure that Tom's bouguet of 25 roses was placed at our reserved table. As usual their wait staff was knowledgeable and helpful in explaining various wines and food selections. We had their amazing crab cake for an appetizer, then ordered their evening's fish special. It was creatively seasoned, Cooked perfectly with a delicious pesto sauce, tasty veggies, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere is like being in your own little garden, complete with music by the neighborhood birds.

I have never been here and wanted to use my City Tin coaster, I enjoyed a delightful meal and enjoyed the cozy intimate atmosphere. My waiter was fantastic and the food very good. Had the smelt and mussels appetizers and both were flavorful and tasty, the arugula salad was fresh and the perch and barramundi fish fry good. Will definitely be back to try something else next time.
A small neighborhood restaurant with difficult parking. I had the special of Lake Trout which was very good. Served a little differently, with a pepper vegetable and a small cheese filled potato - it all worked nicely together. My wife had the HULI chicken which was not so good. We make this dish at home - so we are familiar with how it should be made. The chicken here was very dry & overcooked and very spicy. One of these days we are going to start sending dishes back - but we are not there yet. But most annoying was the waitress told us she could not give us separate checks. (We went with another couple.) I hate to ask anyone to divide any bill down the center, when we ordered more food and drinks than they did. Since everyone now pays with credit cards, we spent 20 minutes dividing all the items and adding them up. And then the waitress still had to bill two separate credit cards. It made no sense. Oh Well

Our server Moi was extremely attentive & professional. He was efficient & able to communicate with the mgr. about my disappointment with the portion of the sea bass. Although delicious, it was a ridiculously small portion. In the end, the chef prepared another piece of the fish. Everything else was absolutely delicious, e.g., the salad, salmon entree, wine & flourless chocolate cake. Highly recommend especially Moi, our server.
