We had a lovely experience. We went early, 5:00, before going to a play at the Marcus. The waitress immediately asked if we had tickets to ensure timely service. We had the chicken wings and charcuterie board only. We still couldn't finish. We also had wine. The wine was pricey, but very good, and an ample pour. Aria will be our go to place for before theatre dining.

We had the best meal and service here!!! The scallops with gnocchi and parsnips were amazing. I am still thinking about it. I have a garlic allergy and Chef was so accommodating. Highly recommend!

We had the most delicious devilled eggs I've ever had! After that, my husband had the sea bass and I had the scallops. Both entrees were beautifully presented, delicious and you could taste all the fresh ingredients.

I'm from Windy City or Chicago and was visiting a friend. We were both looking forward to a better dining experience compared to the previous restaurant we attended, and this surprisingly exquisite, beautiful barstyle restaurant did NOT disappoint! The bartender was very welcoming, witty, and engaging. I'm not a regular drinker, so I requested an original sweet drink, and boy, did the bartender create the best drink I've ever tasted! Not only was it smooth and delicious, but it was a breathtakingly, pretty pink drink! I had the Antipasto salad, which was fresh, flavorful, and plentiful! My homie had the wings and ordered a pizza to go, and he also really enjoyed his meal and drinks! The prices were great, the band was amazing and the atmosphere was overall Wonderfully Pleasant! I highly recommend this very nice barstyle restaurant, and when I return, I'm definitely stopping by for the whole experience all over again!

Parking: We visited on a Sunday around 3pm, so there was plenty of parking in the parking garage.

The Saint Kate Hotel is great. Our server at Aria was terrific. But the food, at least what we ordered, went from ok to really awful. We started with an unusual, original appetizer ("Peas and Carrots"), followed by a mediocre Caesar Salad, but then a filet ordered medium rare that was raw (not even rare, raw). But the real problem was a dish called "Pappardelle Beef Stroganoff" that arrived as a bowl of completely dry pappardelle without even a drop of sauce (beef stroganoff without any sauce!): it had about a dozen pieces of tiny (size of a pinky fingernail) cubes of grey meat (it was easy to see that the meat was grey because there was no sauce covering it) that we could barely puncture with a fork (very tough), a few slices of mushrooms, and then a huge ice cream scoop of sour cream on top of the dish. I don't understand how this left the kitchen. Our waiter was wonderful, and he tried to give a reason for this (something about different chefs making the dish on different nights), but this was a really horrible dish and not only did it not resemble beef stroganoff at all, it was actually inedible. And the scoop of sour cream on top was like a hilarious after-thought: "oh, wait, beef stroganoff has sour cream in it, doesn't it? Let's just put a ton of it on top of the dry noodles!" Really disappointing.

I hate to leave negative reviews but in this case I feel obligated. My family and I had one of our worst dining experiences in a long time at this restaurant. The food was plain bad. Much of it was over seasoned. A medium steak came out well done. even the deviled egg appetizer was rubbery and not good. The servers were nice, but everything was also extremely slow. Then you add onto it the price tag and it was just truly unacceptable.
