Waiting almost an hour after designated start time for the first band to play; ain’t driving out here again to stand around while the first of three bands acts like a bunch of prima donnas
Cactus club is where real music is played for and by people who generally love music and the arts. I have seen a dozen different genres here and every time I have just a great time! Such a blessing for Milwaukee to have a venue like this !

Super cozy & v cool vibes. All the staff were so nice & friendly! The bartenders were kind, patient, & accommodating, and the drinks I had were yummy as heck (and imo definitely worth the price). I absolutely loved this venue! As many ppl have already mentioned, it's v small but you get to have such an intimate experience w/ the performers, and the vibes in the rest of the audience were impeccably wholesome & considerate of fellow attendees. I also felt safe and supported there, just from seeing some of the stickers on the bar and wall decor in plain sight. 💕I'm really looking forward to coming back here!✨💗💖

If there is a sold out show and they knew in advance of it being sold out days ahead, should have at least let people know on the event page that the show sold out! People come out from far out to these events. Could of at least let people know ahead of time instead of wasting people's time! In a way it's false advertising of an event.

So I’ve never been a Bruce guy, but I respected him. He had his corner, I had the dance floor. Come to find out on this visit they have a country band playing Rocky Mountain Tennessee on said dance floor. Even if you were a fan of country, there was no room to dance because of the tables. It was mid at best, corny at worst. I stayed for a total of 30 seconds. Bring back the dance floor on Thursdays… it’s just the right thing to do. This town is already headed to the gutters… don’t get rid of the dancing. I’m ready to go grease on this town. Yes I have been drinking, but isn’t that a review you can trust for this establishment?
