Let me preface by saying that I’ve been coming here for a while and Jen (the owner) is great. However, on this particular Wednesday that Jen wasn’t there, I rode my bike in and was wearing my personal vest. As soon as I walked in, the bartenders were both looking at me like I was about to rob the place and then proceeded to tell me that they could not serve me unless I took my vest off. When I asked why, he simply told me that he didn’t want to lose his liquor license by serving me, which was a load of crap. I have never felt so discriminated against and I’m not even in an MC! So, I left and decided not to go back.
If you’re here for the hometown rally this week, go to Patti’s Power Plant in Bay View instead. They are much more welcoming of bikers there.

Some guy came up to my sis and I. He was very close, opening his shirt and touching our backs. We didn’t really know how to react (it’s hard to judge what someone might do if you push them off, ya know? And this guy was hammered) but the bartender sure did! I was so thankful to see dude get dragged away. Props to the handsome bartender for looking out for us! Pretty sure I told him I loved him when I left. Kind of embarrassing but I guess I was feeling romantical at the time.

Stopped in prior to attending Jazz in the Park last Thursday. Met a friend there and had a couple beers. Bartender was excellent and not hard on the eyes!? I'll stop back sometime for sure.
