We went to this restaurant 2 hours before a Bucks game last night. It was not at all busy, and we got seated right away. Our waiters name was Eric, and he gave us the absolute worst service we ever experienced. He was rude, Condescending, and arrogant. After an hour wait for our food, and not one refill on drinks, he told us to pretty much deal with it, and that he can’t cook the food for us himself, and suggested if we don’t like it we should just leave. His multiple attempts at excuses was pathetic and lazy. I would understand if they were busy, however there was many open tables, and people who arrived after us were already getting food. Because of Eric’s poor service and cocky attitude towards my girlfriend and I, we will not be returning, and we will be sure to share our experience with anyone asking for diner recommendations. If management would like to discuss further, please reply with an email address.

Amazing atmosphere, good food, friendly staff and wonderful experience. I held a private event on the 2nd floor of this place and the guests absolutely loved it! It was a great mixture of good company, great food/drinks and fun games!
Horrible came here after milwaukee bucks game and i was dancing on the dance floor .. Suddenly two un fit bouncers said i had to go.... what the heck maybe cause i was 55 yrs old .. Don't worry my boy chance wont be coming here ...

This restaurant is in a great location and has something for everyone! There were so many options that sounded amazing we had a very hard time deciding. I got the fish fry, which wasn't anything special compared to the dozens of others in the area. Others at the table got one of the chicken sandwiches and raved about it! The drinks were great and the server was very nice and helpful!

Our experience at Trio was perfect from the moment we walked in. The drinks are different and very tasty! The food was phenomenal as well. We don't live in the area so when we traveled to downtown for a concert...we happened to pick Trio and we are very happy to say this restaurant is great.

Asked to switch to badger game twice, when had golf and news on. Had to ask his manager.. F you, this is badger nation. Didn't cause an uproar, politely left.
