The food is good. It was really busy when we were there so the service was definitely affected. It is pretty authentic.
I’m writing to express how unbelievably disappointing and frustrating our experience has been. The service here is painfully slow and shockingly inefficient.
It’s absolutely unacceptable that a simple takeout order just fried rice and noodles took over an hour and 20 mins . That’s beyond unreasonable.
To make matters worse, the staff were rude and dismissive throughout the process. The cashier in particular was unprofessional and completely lacked basic courtesy.
This level of service is unacceptable. If this is how customers are treated, I can’t imagine returning or recommending this place to anyone. Something needs to change — fast.
I ordered vegetarian Pad Thai, it had lemon in it and was dry. Lemon can be on the side but it was quiet lemony, could not eat. I was surprised with $19 for a pad thai i was expecting it to be great.
If you want a good thai food for reasonable price , Thai Bangkok Restaurant in brown deer. Small but good food. ambience is great, staffs are great, food Disappointed unfortunately.
Not bad...
Excellent customer service and even better food. The panang was amazing! I walked in on a whim, ordered takeout, grabbed a lemon drop martini and chatted with Derek the owner for a min. Got back to my room and food is delicious! Thank you for your hospitality!
Food was really good. I had the volcano chicken.
Found a staple? Or some piece of metal in my leftovers. Due to covid I had to pack my own leftovers so I know it didn't come from the box and was in my food when it was served.
Food is very delicious, high-quality, and consistent. The food also seems to be quite authentic. Probably one of the best Thai restaurants in the Milwaukee area. Service is also quite nice. Would highly recommend
Had the Pad Thai and veggie spring rolls. Both were delicious but especially the rolls. I’d go back just for those! Nice atmosphere. You can see the kitchen which can be fun, but it’s a little difficult to hear conversations at your table.
First choice for Thai in MKE area and in top three take out spots for us. Owner is bright spot of community, service always excellent, and can not beat the Volcano Duck!

Amazing service, food was absolutely phenomenal. Wish I found this the first day in Milwaukee rather than the last night!

Ordered the crab rangoons and they are the most authentic crab regions I’ve ever had! We also ordered the Panang curry and the noodle soup which were amazingly delicious! Service was impeccable and oh so friendly. Would definitely return.

This is one of those places that just does it right . It's delicious Thai dishes done well. Everything I had here was excellent. From the Appatizers like the Chicken Satay to the Volcano duck to the Thai Iced Tea. Everything was done beautifully and the service was great. The atmosphere was also very nice. It had some really beautiful decore and is great for anything from a date to a family meal. It can get a little pricey, but the protions are such that even someone who eats a lot will get two meals out of their order. Most dishes reheat well too. Its one of those places where you feel every dollar you spend is truly reflected in the quality and quantity of the food. No gimmicks where the cost is passed to the customer. No giant menu where everything is mediocre. No nonsense. Just good food with professional service in a lovely establishment. Will go again and would recommend highly to anybody looking for good Thai food.
Dietary restrictions: In addition to all the other great things about this place, they are very acomodating to dietary restrictions. The menu labels all the dishes so that you know what is gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan. The staff are always willing to answer any question you have about the food.
