The food was good and that's what matters the most to me. You have to go up to the counter when you're ready to order and they make you pay before you eat. I really enjoyed the jalapeno corn bread

What the heck kind of place is this?! Asked for hot butter for crab legs. Some genius in the kitchen put the hot butter in a styrofoam bowl. It proceeded to melt and we had butter all over the damn place. Including on our phones. The waiter didn’t even apologized. We asked for the manager and the rude waiter claimed HE was the manager. We refused to pay for the entire meal because we didn’t even get half way through it before the butter incident. The waiter, who wished he was the manager, said he couldn’t change our bill because “someone changed the code and forgot it, so now one could changed a bill on the register.” I gave him more money than I should have. He said I had to pay the whole thing. I told him no way, call the police if you want. Horrible service and food was not good. Boo hiss! This place sucks!

Went last night and had a boil and the corn just tasted so weird like spoiled I end up telling employee and he gave me another one and it tasted the same he stated that everything was fresh I honestly don't believe it yes the seafood was fresh but the corn wasn't this morning I woke up with upset stomach going back n forth to the bathroom stomach hurting bad idk I love they seafood but I think I won't return i spent 150 for upset stomach

Giving everything 3 stars because every experience has been different so before Covid I liked it better the sauce was red and thick unlike the rest after Covid they changed the sauce to an organgish pink that was kinda sweet the extra hotness knocked that out. Got a pick up order and they could have kept them to themselves lolz. Bring back the red sauce cause what????

6/10, I would semi-recommend. Food was cod when it came to the table, and the sauce was not the best. Customer service was top tier. Keep trying…ya’ll will get it eventually ?
We walked in at 8:20pm on a Friday night, the only front of staff member was sitting on their phone and proceeded to tell us they were take/out only -1.5 hours before close. Another couple walked in behind us and was also told they could not eat in. An easy $200 loss of revenue because the staff didn’t want to wipe a table and sweep the floors. We even offered to wipe down our table after we ate! Unacceptable, entitled and arrogant behavior. We were looking forward to dinner here all day. Low country will have our service from here on out. Very upsetting.

this place was sooo nasty the sauce was made like soup. I got their house sauce and there was no garlic nor spice in the sauce I'm 100% dissatisfied and do not recommend.

I'm absolutely surprised this place is still in business!! Food.. trash... spend your money at the grocery store and buy some crab legs, you'll get more for your dollar. I’m highly dissatisfied with our service. The first few times we visited this location and ordered to go, our order was prepared perfectly. The last time my husband and I ordered, we were missing items from our bag and today they gave our prepaid order away to another customer. I was inconvenienced twice now and they were unable to present a manager to speak to us to address the issues. They claimed there was no manager and there was no way to escalate my concerns. The other location on South 27th was great but my husband and I will not be returning to the Brady St. location at all.
