Our meal was very expensive. We ended up paying $200. Plus, they wanted to charge us $35 service fee. I insisted that I was not paying this. They said that I had to pay at least half of this. We ordered the seafood boil. The crab came with one of each item. Any additional food was ala-cart. Any corn, potatoes, sausage, or egg was charged separately. The food was spicy even tho we asked for medium. I will never go back and do not recommend this restaurant for anybody else.

Let me preface this by saying that I usually stick to positive reviews. In this case I am making an exception.
Took my wife, her sister, and my daughter there for dinner on Saturday 6/7/25 around 6 pm. We each had something different. Later that night we all got sick. My wife threw up a few hours later and felt horrible that night and into and through Sunday. Her sister and I had terrible diarrhea during the night and also spent the weekend recovering. I feel especially frustrated that my wife’s sister had to call in sick and miss her work shift Saturday night/Sunday morning. Fortunately my daughter didn’t eat much. She is still a baby and only had French fries and did not suffer like we did.
I can’t pinpoint that it was a specific dish or ingredient since we all ate something different. Therefore, I have to assume some kitchen equipment, or worse yet some employee, was NOT following basic kitchen protocol. What upsets me so much is that we paid a premium for a seafood dinner only to suffer food poisoning.
With tip the total came to $247. For that amount of money I expect top notch food prep conditions. While the food was tasty, it gets a 1 star for completely missing the most basic of requirements of proper food care and prep. On top of that, the bathroom was dirty. Either the toilet was leaking or someone urinated on the floor as the whole corner of the single stall bathroom was wet. Paper hand towel dispenser was empty as well.
If you can’t take care of the most basic of restaurant food care, prep, and restroom sanitation, you either have poor management or employees with unsanitary habits, or both. The local health department needs to make a visit. Then repeat surprise visits to make sure the corrections have been adhered to.
Hopefully this establishment can get things back on track. I will never know if they do or not as I will never go back. My one and only visit there was a disaster.

I go here on the regularly and eat the boil.... always phenomenal.... seafood is pricey so if you're on a budget skip seafood altogether 🤷🏼♀️ very fairly priced amongst competitors imo

The make your own boil was delicious! I did Cajun mild, and it came out exactly as I was hoping. Will definitely be back to get some more seafood. I loved the decor as well.

Chill atmosphere, cool aesthetic. King crab, snow crab, mussels, crawfish, shrimp, corn were all fantastic. Tried both Cajun-mild and house seasoning-medium. Great flavor. Prices are fair. It's a mess but they give you bibs and gloves to manage it. Service was great. 18% tip is added automatically, which I don't have a problem with. Will be back.

I come here a minimum of 3 times a week because I am obsessed with their Pho. It is the best Pho I have had in Milwaukee. I always get the P5 with steak well done. After I put in the chili sauce and all the fixings, that pho touches my soul. I really wish they let me order take out , as I am a regular customer. However, staff knows me by now and knows what I am there for and are always happy to greet me.

18% HIDDEN SERVICE CHARGE
The food was good. I got 2 different combos (King crab and snow crab 🦀). I felt like prices were decent. Service was mids. Our waiter talked to us twice throughout the whole experience. Decor was cute. BUT, there was an 18% service charge added to the bill, and we had to shell out another $30 at the end. Alll in all, I will not be returning. I'd like to apologize to the staff because I would have tipped, but that service charge really rubbed me the wrong way. No one forewarned us either. Place looked empty, and I kept seeing people walk in and just walk out.

Very good just remember to wear your gloves when eating seafood, the sauce is so strong and it’s hard for it to get off your skin
