The Mecca Sports Bar and Grill

Went to the Mecca before a concert and was served raw chicken yes RAW CHICKEN!! When we told the server they showed no remorse or care! Food was not good and service was horrible! 0/10 dnt recommend

Mecca is awesome! The drinks are delicious and beer selection is fantastic! Also their server Haley is amazing too, she made sure we were well taken care of and made great conversation while we were there. 10/10 would go again, especially if Haley is working

The waiting time is 55 minutes… if you are in a rush, please go find somewhere else. Good is cold.

My friend and I hung out here when our husbands dumped us off while they went to the Bucks game. We had an amazing seat to chat and enjoy the game with AMAZING service from Oliver. The wonderful drinks and food was just an added bonus! Thanks for the great service Oliver!

We love the Mecca! However, I will complain that the portion size of the buffalo chicken dip is unacceptable. I know it used to be bigger. Ashlyn and Jack were the best bartenders and took great care of us! Michael the manager was also so great and came to make sure our experience was good. We will definitely come back for more game days!!

If I could leave a 0, I would. Horrible staff, all staff members were on their phones. Upset because we ordered food. Did not bring the food to us. Signaled us to go downstairs for the food. Did not want to attend us. Making faces as soon as we came in. Tried to avoid us. Told us that there were no servers.

We had not been to Mecca in probably a year. We had always enjoyed the food, the service and the huge TVs. This time, however, the place was largely empty on a Saturday night and our service was absolutely horrible. Our server was untrained, forgetful (asked us 3 times if we wanted waters before we got them), and overwhelmed on a slow night. After we got our drinks (which took forever) our server disappeared. We had to ask the bartender to find her and send her over to take our food order. Our food was fine, but she forgot our napkins and silverware. I also thought it odd that all our drinks were served in plastic cups, even wine and mixed drinks. My impression of our server was that she was someone really trying to do her best, but hadn’t been trained and therefore was obviously scrambling on a slow night. All in all, this struck me as an issue of poor management. If there was a manager on duty I never saw that person and she/he/they were doing nothing to help the team out. I normally don’t write reviews like this but I am hoping someone reads this, takes it to heart, and gets things fixed at Mecca. I really like this spot and don’t want it to fail because management doesn’t have their eye on the ball.

Unprepared for big game atmosphere, rude staff

We visited this establishment before our concert at Fiserv Forum. It was early, and not very busy. The service was terribly slow and several just standing around having private conversations. After waiting 50 minutes we received our food that was cold and lacked flavor. The cheese curds we ordered were smaller than a dime. I would have expected better quality of food for being a venue so close to the arena. Definitely, will not be returning or recommending.

This is a cool complex and sports bar. Indoor and outdoor dining plenty of TV's to watch the games. Not far from hotels or arenas. Cool place to hang with friends or family.

Food was good and place looked cool but it took over an hour to get our food and 15 minutes just to get a drink. The server did not get our drinks or food orders correct either. The dinner was disappointing.
