If I wanted a self-serve option, I would stay home, automatic 18% tip added basically walk in scan the menu get creamy napkins and no utensils no thanks

The food was all microwaved and was very bland. The game on TV and the music was far too loud to hold a conversation

Tyler was great, created me as soon as I walked upstairs. Top notch welcome, would go back, hot dog was a little lukewarm however.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. When we walked in. It took a while just to be greeted. When we went to the bar, we waited 10+ minutes to even be greeted. It never happened. We walked out without even being acknowledged. We walked next door, were greeted, and got our drinks within minutes. We won't be back.

Went here after a concert. Apparently they stay open one hour after concerts at the Fiserv Forum. Staff came around at 11:23 pm and informed us they were closing, then right at 11:30 pm an employee went around yelling that they were closed. 18% automatic service charge is insane for a serve yourself place. Food was served cold. I like the idea of this place for sure, but definitely areas for improvement. Wouldn’t go back after an event at Fiserv if these things don’t change.

Amazing service and such a fun atmosphere. We had help from Reese Elijah and Dane and they all made our experience wonderful! 14. Fun experience and we definitely want to come back. Everyone is so helpful and happy to help us.

Ryan and Juan were exemplary people during our time at The New Fashioned. I am extremely happy and pleased with our service today. If there is anything to be said about this place it’s how great the service and energy is. The attentiveness was appreciated. We will be back as a unit and individually.
