This place is great..the food is good, atmosphere amazing, but not gonna lie...the table service on the rooftop was horrible. They were way under staffed, and it was obvious.

I like the drinks here, but after 9 only the rooftop bar is open and it gets really packed. Even with 5 or so bartenders it took me 10 minutes to get a drink and all the good looking people got served first.

Now I love the atmosphere in this place never had an issue whenever I come. Yesterday around 10pm we waited to be greeted at the bar. There were 3 bartenders and 2 other people who were just cleaning the area. No one ever came up to greet and acknowledge me and my partner. I understand it was busy we weren’t being pushy at all. As we waited we noticed were being overlooked and discriminated. I felt beyond dismissed. There were other people who were acknowledged and order taken that came up to the bar after us. Also there was a white guy and white girl who never showed any customer service to us and actually laughed that we said “hey can you take our order” after we noticed the bartenders didn’t want to take our order. We don’t know if it was because we were black and regular dressed? we should have never been treated this way. The one bartender who was black that took our order was not so welcoming either. The attitude he displayed wasn’t pleasant at all. I felt so uncomfortable, outcasted and honestly disgusted that we were treated with much prejudice. We left the establishment wondering what we did or said? If the manger or owner would like a follow up I’m sure to give it. I’ve never felt like this before leaving this place I’m so sad that I don’t feel comfortable ever going here again. I hope there are training videos on cultural diversity because last night was definitely a showcase of racism. -Mya. Drink was 8/10

My friend and I went in yesterday night and the bar was completely dead. We sat at the bar where there was barely any other people there. The girl with glasses, I believe her name might be Kelsie (?), bartending was standing there talking to another staff member, completely ignoring me and my friend. It took about 15 minutes for her to turn around and finally acknowledge us and it was only because another server told her about us sitting there and waiting. This was a very disappointing experience since me and my friend go there often and we've never been ignored like that before.

It was a really nice rooftop bar. Well appointed and plenty of seating. Only downside, is it was beautiful night and the bar was packed. The service took a long time and it seemed they were understaffed. Our server (Maureen) was great.

We really enjoyed the atmosphere of this location. It was beautiful on a fall afternoon. There are no reservations for seating which we actually liked because ppl were coming and going often and you never didn’t get an opportunity for an awesome fireplace seat or lounge/couch seat. Drinks and food were delish and we will definitely come back!
