Gave 3 stars because everyone was polite and our server was nice. Aside from the service, I can’t say anything positive about the food. Our food tasted like it was leftover from a few days and even my mashed potatoes were sour, and for the price I was disappointed. Another bummer is they don’t allow dogs in the outdoor seating. Pretty much every restaurant in town allows dogs in the outdoor seating areas.

The food has no flavor and lacks seasoning. What I ate lacked salt.

The food here was okay at best. However, the restaurant itself is really nice, clean, and the vibe/theming of the place was great. The bartender Brian made sure we were taken care of as he was very worried about us because a very large group came in right before us. He was so nice and on top of everything. He offered us a free dessert which we respectfully declined but then he insisted on adding a discount to our bill.

This restaurant is in an industrial-type area, set about a half mile between the casino and the Harley museum. We drove right past because the restaurant looks utilitarian from the street, but once you enter the parking lot, it is a waterfront playground with beach games and an abundance of tables, umbrellas, and loungers. Too bad it was cool and rainy on our visit.

Inside, it's everything you want in a waterfront bar. There is ample seating, windows galore, and a super friendly bartender. A football game was on every TV in the place, too.

The food comes in ample portions. For a Midwestern seafood restaurant, all the salt water seafood tasted fresh. I heard the bartender talking about their relationship with a fishmonger who supplies the restaurant with fresh seafood six days a week.

Our appetizers arrived a little too well done but tasted really good. The entrees were straightforward but beautifully prepared. We needed to add a little salt and pepper, but we actually appreciate the under-salted dishes because it highlights the high quality of the ingredients, in my opinion. We ordered a bread pudding to go, and it was amazing, but the waitstaff should have put the whipped cream in a separate container. Mine melted on the pudding by the time we got to it. It was still incredible, though.

Everything from the setting to the waitstaff to the food was utterly enjoyable. We will be back.

Last minute plan change and we were hungry for a fish fry. They were super busy cuz it's our last good weather day till spring! Food was phenomenal! The mac and cheese is so craveable! Fish was crispy, not greasy, hot and delicious! Even the sides were great. The portions were big, we have leftovers. Staff were so sweet and attentive even though they were running their butts off! An incredible experience! My new happy place!

Casual lunch, tasty drinks, great and unexpected food menu, easy location, plenty of parking, scenic river view with boat traffic, easy access here for boaters too!
Drinks were delicious and reasonable. I had a rum chicken breast with (get this) a banana salsa… sounds unappealing but was a delight to my tastebuds.
Server was a bit inattentive and drinks took extraordinarily long to receive once ordered. That happened both times I ordered. I would have actually had a third drink over 3 hours had server paid attention. Was 2pm-5pm and not busy at all. Other than that I’d have given it 5 stars. Definitely worth stopping in and hopefully your service will not disappoint!

Been there several times this summer and my last visit was a serious disappointment. My wife and I went there on a Friday afternoon during happy hour. We waited quite a while just to get seated and then was told just to pick a table. Multiple tables uncleaned. The staff pickups up a few old customer items and never actually cleans up the table we're sitting at. Then we wait quite a bit of time for someone to service us, wife was counting down to go find someone to service us when someone final appeared. The place had 4 other tables with customers, not very busy. Where was the staff?

Wife asked about happy hour specials and was suggested an off menu drink which turned out NOT to be a happy hour special, cost $12, normal price. I ordered a tap beer, was supposed to be $1 off, but didn't receive the discount. Was charged full price. Guessing this was our last visit to this place!
