Excellent experience overall. We went early and waited for the kitchen to start serving dinner. They do have a happy hour menu until 5pm. The place became very busy but not loud.Very good experience with our server (I believe Gaven), who was knowledgeable and polite.The bread (which is closer to a naan) comes with deep of your choice. The appetisers, Green salad with beets and deviled eggs, where nicely balanced.Very happy with the two main courses as well.I disagree with other reviews that the portions are small. Price wise, it's on the higher side, but the quality justifies the prices.

Beautiful restaurant, the service was great. The salmon dish was delicious but the sea scallop dish was underwhelming. The beet risotto was bland and greasy and that was the majority of the dish. For the price, it could have been better.

After celebrating Valentine's Day there, I couldn't be more impressed with the exceptional service provided by their staff. Despite a delay in our reservation time, they were incredibly accommodating not only to us but to other patrons as well. The gesture of offering a gift card to Flour Child while we waited was a delightful touch, and it's a testament to their dedication to customer satisfaction. I highly commend Third Coast Provisions and their team for their outstanding customer service. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable dining experience. We've been going to Third Coast for years and honestly this is the first time we were disappointed. The only thing I can think of is maybe there was a new chef or someone new preparing the meals. I had the wagyu skirt steak at $90 needed salt and pepper. My husband ordered the salmon and it was dry. May need to take a hiatus for a couple years, I hate to say.

Great tasting food that did not take forever, good cadence with apps before entrees, server was very attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and made sure our table was clean/cleared at all times. They have a very unique cocktail menu and dessert was also very delicious!
The valentines experience was horrible. To start, reservations were extremely late. We had reservations at 9 and didn't get seated until 9:35. The restaurant at that point was pretty empty. This was a preselected menu with wine pairings. Every wine pairing was late, it was one to two meals behind at the end we just has a table full of untouched wine glasses. The food was not what I expected, it seemed like it was the leftover food. Definitely won't come again. Bill was over $400 and never did anyone ask how the food was or if we liked it.
Most expensive meal we have ever had, and still did not wow us. Our tab was $300 plus tip for two...and included just one beer! Food was just okay, service was decent but atmosphere was hectic. The black cod was the one redeeming item. Sorry, just being honest...

Third Coast Provisions hit the spot. The upscale food in a casual atmosphere made it feel like home. The seafood was amazing! The drinks were out of this world. We had to run to a show, and will be back for dessert. Highly recommend stopping here.
