Lamentable mi experiencia no fue grata, cambiaban el horario de entrega y tampoco estuvo a tiempo. Cuando pase por el lo sacaron del refri para decorarlo. Que falta de profesionalidad el no cumplir cuando es un dia especial de tus seres amados. Nos quedamos sin pastel y definitivamente no recomendamos el lugar!

Very bad service, super unfulfilled, the cake is never there at the time they say you always have to go several times because it is not ready🤦🏽♀️….I ordered a cake more than a week in advance because I wanted it to have some gold letters, When I picked it up there were no gold letters, instead they had written with yellow cream😡, according to the fact that they did not have the photo, the person who received the order Valeria took all the notes and took a photo of the cake we wanted, also We sent the photo to the Facebook page, and the response was if you don't like it, then leave the cake 🤷🏽♀️, there you can see the lack of professionalism with their responses and they don't even apologize for their mistakes, I would never buy there again, because They are not giving you anything very expensive that they charge to give you such bad service.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My aunt ordered a cake for my uncles wedding from this place that she paid $1,000 for. While the cake looked nice visually, it was the driest, nastiest I've ever had! My aunt was so embarrassed! It literally crumbled apart when you put your fork in it and had no flavor whatsoever. It was supposed to have fresh strawberry and custard filling in the middle and there was barely any filling at all in comparison to the thick dry cake and no custard at all. Then when my aunt when in to complain yeseterday he had the nerve to say that he told her if we wanted to add filling that the cake would be dry. Who would move forward to pay $1,000 for a cake after being told it would be dry?? Not mention we've had dozens of cakes with strawberry and custard filling that have been delicious. THEN he told my aunt that she told him she didn't want custard and that it was on the receipt. My aunt asked to see the receipt so he went to the back then came back and said he must've threw it away. My aunt should have had some of her money refunded because he completely lied about EVERYTHING. DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE YOUR BUSINESS!!

If you order on Uber Eats, I suggest you not order because I placed two orders of two chocolate covered strawberries which means I was supposed got six and I only received three and they tried to claim that the person that delivered my strawberries the one that took it but they didn’t take it because the bag was still stable together I’ll never order from them again ??

I walked in needing a birthday cake last minute and the gentleman working was very accommodating and I was able to get the perfect cake. They were even kind enough to personalize it with putting the name of the person whose birthday it was for. Not to mention, the cake was awesome!

I stopped in after finding online, so happy I did. We grabbed a mini cheesecake (lfluffy heaven), mini tirimisu ( one of the best I've ever had) and a churro. Highly recommended, super happy I stumbled on it! Also, super reasonable prices.

A friend ordered cake from this establishment and for the price she paid it was not even worth it, looked nice on the outer presentation of the cake but was not what she even ordered once cut into.The order consisted of a tres leches cake with fresh strawberries.Instead what she got was a dry cake and a frosting and filling of the consistency of vegetable shortening mixed with sugar and vanilla which Was over all quite unsatisfying to even eat.Today the least I could have made this cake myself instead of having someone else make it for me.Do not recommend this establishment does not understand or comprehend what their customers need or want for or are even paying for that special occasion.

Well after figuring out that MANY of the pictures that this bakery put up on their DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates, etc are not their pictures of their bakery products AND after reading the REAL reviews on GoogleMaps...I won't be risking money on stale, old, spoiled desserts. I'd never order anything for a special occasion from here after reading the LARGE amount of customers who've been given things they didn't order, very sloppily done, everything is never done on time...always late...AND on top of that they get upset, angry, & very rude to the customers that are waiting on late products just to see they weren't decorated or flavored as they'd been ordered. Who does that? Everyone also complains they have very little to choose from in the store. I'm not sure how they're still in business. If you're getting this many complaints & this many upset customers over a several year period of time....it's YOU...not your customers who are in the wrong. They're clearly not interested in changing how they do things to improve customer satisfaction so why would anyone keep giving you chances? I have a terrible feeling some of the 5 star reviews aren't authentic. I hate to say something like that...but it sure seems suspicious. Do better! Care about the products you put out & the customers that come to you for what you say you can do. If you can't do that then find something else to do...being bakers isn't your thing.
