My parents ordered a wedding cake last week Tuesday and my mom had told one of the owners to write “ felizidadez “ and my parents name written on the cake and when me and my brother went to go pick it up and took it to the house we saw they did not put what they wanted on the cake and just now we went to tell him and he had a bad attitude towards us, would NOT recommend ordering from this place HORRIBLE service

I buy sweets from here all the time, I stopped by at 8am today because I had to buy treats for a party and there were only a few things out from last night and I needed more than what they had available so the girl told me to call back later to see if they had made more fresh treats. So I called and the owner answered and I asked if they had made more new treats since in the morning they only had from last night and he changed his whole attitude and said “we don’t have things from last week” and I said “ I didn’t say last week I said last night” and he said “that’s not what you said but ok, yeah we made more if you want you can come in thanks”. So obviously no I’m not going to want to go in if you talk ti me with an attitude? Lol I own multiple businesses and everyone who owns a business knows not to speak to their customers with an attitude to not make them feel uncomfortable to want to come shop with them. Just disappointed in their attitude honestly because it make me feel very uncomfortable to go buy what I needed after hearing him talk to me like that.

They made 2 cakes for my birthday in March, and I rehired them to make my husband 2 cakes for his surprise bday, not only were they exactly how I wanted them decorated, but the taste was extremely flavorful. Both times, I got velvet with pineapple and the other was marble with strawberry filling. Highly recommend them!

We ordered a small wedding cake and it did not taste anything close to what they sold at the bakery. The cake was super dry and hard as if they made it 3 days ahead. It was very disappointing as it was a special day. we couldn’t back up supporting their business due to lack of quality. We will most likely go elsewhere in the future.

Lamentable mi experiencia no fue grata, cambiaban el horario de entrega y tampoco estuvo a tiempo. Cuando pase por el lo sacaron del refri para decorarlo. Que falta de profesionalidad el no cumplir cuando es un dia especial de tus seres amados. Nos quedamos sin pastel y definitivamente no recomendamos el lugar!
Very bad service, super unfulfilled, the cake is never there at the time they say you always have to go several times because it is not ready🤦🏽♀️….I ordered a cake more than a week in advance because I wanted it to have some gold letters, When I picked it up there were no gold letters, instead they had written with yellow cream😡, according to the fact that they did not have the photo, the person who received the order Valeria took all the notes and took a photo of the cake we wanted, also We sent the photo to the Facebook page, and the response was if you don't like it, then leave the cake 🤷🏽♀️, there you can see the lack of professionalism with their responses and they don't even apologize for their mistakes, I would never buy there again, because They are not giving you anything very expensive that they charge to give you such bad service.
