I asked him for a tres leches cake and he sent me one well fried. You told me it was fresh but it has a very bad taste and is very dry that I had to throw it away!! If I could give it 0 stars that's what I would say!!!

A friend ordered cake from this establishment and for the price she paid it was not even worth it, looked nice on the outer presentation of the cake but was not what she even ordered once cut into.The order consisted of a tres leches cake with fresh strawberries.Instead what she got was a dry cake and a frosting and filling of the consistency of vegetable shortening mixed with sugar and vanilla which Was over all quite unsatisfying to even eat.Today the least I could have made this cake myself instead of having someone else make it for me.Do not recommend this establishment does not understand or comprehend what their customers need or want for or are even paying for that special occasion.

Well after figuring out that MANY of the pictures that this bakery put up on their DoorDash, UberEats, Postmates, etc are not their pictures of their bakery products AND after reading the REAL reviews on GoogleMaps...I won't be risking money on stale, old, spoiled desserts. I'd never order anything for a special occasion from here after reading the LARGE amount of customers who've been given things they didn't order, very sloppily done, everything is never done on time...always late...AND on top of that they get upset, angry, & very rude to the customers that are waiting on late products just to see they weren't decorated or flavored as they'd been ordered. Who does that? Everyone also complains they have very little to choose from in the store. I'm not sure how they're still in business. If you're getting this many complaints & this many upset customers over a several year period of time....it's YOU...not your customers who are in the wrong. They're clearly not interested in changing how they do things to improve customer satisfaction so why would anyone keep giving you chances? I have a terrible feeling some of the 5 star reviews aren't authentic. I hate to say something like that...but it sure seems suspicious. Do better! Care about the products you put out & the customers that come to you for what you say you can do. If you can't do that then find something else to do...being bakers isn't your thing.

I ordered doughnuts and a brownie from them on Uber eats and they were delicious! The guys who delivered even got something from them while waiting for our pick up because they are regulars themselves. This is 5 star bakery!!

This place is the absolute worst! We ordered a cake for my nephews first birthday with plenty of time in advance. They failed to deliver us a cake. We called at 2pm just to verify our cake would be ready by 3pm. They said yes everything will be ready for pickup. What a coincidence that they call us 10-15 minutes later telling us their power went out and they won’t be able to finish our cake. They told us your donuts and cupcakes are ready but not the cake. I went in person to figure this out because my nephews party started at 4 and would only last 2 hours!!! Literally as soon as we were inside the power was on! Sure it might have been a coincidence but what kind of baker waits until the hour of to decorate the order!?! NONE!! They must have forgotten about our order and found excuses to cover their mistake!! At this point the owner came out to talk to us. He explained about the power etc.. I asked what kind of baker decorated a cake the hour of?! He explains we like to have everything fresh. I call bs! Nobody with that many orders wait to the hour of! He said I can have everything done in 45 minutes. I then ask him to deliver and he said no! I explain to him that the party is only two hours and if I drive back I lose 45 of my nephews party! He then said I CAnt help you! As a business owner he did nothing to make the clients happy even after it was their mistake. I then ask for refund because this was terrible!! 30 minutes to my nephews party and we now had to find a cake! Thank goodness I can always rely on Simma’s Bakery for always delivering and being an awesome business. To top it off they didn’t even have the cupcakes ready like they promised!! We took their donuts and they didn’t even seem apologetic or anything! Mind you a friend told me not to order with them but I wanted to give them a chance! Lesson learned! NEVER AGAIN WILL WE GO OR RECOMMEND THEIR BAKERY!!

AWFUL.They post everything but their own work and horrible effort.I have seen so many poor customers support them so I purchase too and they are catfishing! Poor customers trying to support this local business only for them to continue scamming and misleading customers.This is unfair! They should not have this service on the menu if they continuously fail and put no effort in the services they promote.Cake has no flavor frozen hard cake that wasn’t thawed out before decorating.They have no decorating skills they use cheap quality frosting for hand writing and do not attempt to even make the accurate color.NO TIENE SABOR ESTÁ DURO EL PASTEL Y TE HAVEN HACER PAGO ANTES.Do not ever buy cake from bakery shops without a cake tasting.Cakes can be stored for months but for it to not be fresh and they give frozen dry cake you might as well go to Walmart and Pick n saves wonderful bakery where they have never disappointed me with special events cakes moist flavorful and WONDERFUL buttercream.

I showed them the picture of what I wanted and specified the colors and how I wanted it decorated. Was told that they could guarantee to do it how I wanted without a problem. I ordered a tres leche cake half strawberry and half pineapple filling. The decorations where suppose to be white buttercream with a rose gold drip and Real pink Roses on the side and bottom. I got a horrible cake with an orange drip and horrible cheap flowers on the top. The owner was rude and sarcastic. I once again showed him the picture of what he was shown the day I ordered and had the audacity to tell me that that was not do able. So he did that. If you are not able to do something why not let me know they day I place the order? It was my grandmas 75th and clearly late to get another cake. So he tried to “fix it” but still look ugly. I took thinking maybe it would take good. Wrong, the cake was disgusting as it looked. The filling was barely any and it was not how I asked for. The inside was all mushy, falling apart, no one liked it. Waste of money and will never do business with someone who clearly doesn’t take his own business seriously. Worst cake place. Save your money and run somewhere else!
