I waited about 35 minutes past the expected time for it to be completed. There was a single worker for the entire restaurant, and he was not concerned about speed. I felt bad he was alone, but he had zero sense of urgency. Another employee came in later and he was certainly more ready to work which I appreciated, and I genuinely saw his work ethic. However, I showed up past my expected pick up time and still waited in the store for 35 minutes past that on a Wednesday around 6pm (not even a weekend) and it’s genuinely unacceptable. I saw multiple people give up on their orders and just go home. Management needs to step their game up.

I love toppers, but I don’t like the inconsistency of the restaurants.
I am vegan so it’s not a lot of option in Milwaukee.
This vegan stick was dry and looked not at all like the other location. Kinda tasted like cardboard. Cheese was ok, but I think the problem was the bread.
This location(2842 W Rawson Ave, Franklin, WI 53132) is wayyyyyyyyyyyy better. The one by anytime fitness.
The other location was so good and buttery I forgot to take a picture. The cheese sticks were thicker. Bread was wayyyyyy better. And more cheese.
Now that I think about it, this one probably wasn’t fresh. Maybe just warmed up from an order that wasn’t picked up. I don’t know if you guys pre cook at this location, but I was very disappointed!!!! 4/10

I have Been eating here for years and it seems the last two years or so the place has really stepped up its game and improved. From the welcoming staff to the awesome manager Jess. The food is always great and fresh and down in a timely manner.

I love my toppers, ESPECIALLY that delicious Loaded Totza… Which is why I was actually devastated when I opened the box with all the excitement in the world, to a sad, half-assed Loaded Totza. No green onions NOR nacho cheese in sight… No green onions, although disappointing, not the end of world. But NO nacho cheese drizzle?! That’s just cold 😔. Anyway, although I am quite disappointed, I will be returning again and again for the same pizza. Just make sure to check your toppings before you leave!

i come here often, as i live close, and the staff are always very nice and take great care of me. if my order is incorrect, they always make up for it and fix it. although, it is mostly correct. i have nothing bad to say about this location. the staff are amazing!

So somehow when ordering online the order total was $29, but they didn’t acccept THREE different cards I tried to use (all had money in them), and then when I tried to call them they wanted to say it was $41????!? How the HELL is it cheaper to order online then to call the store???? Absolutely bullshit. A LITERAL scam!!!! I only ordered a pizza and sticks!!!! What is the reason for the price different???? Never ordering from this location again.
