I ordered delivery online. The delivery driver could not find the business address. I called their listed number and got a call center that put me on hold for 10 minutes. I then drove down to pick up my delivery order. I paid delivery fee and a tip to pick up my order. I tried to message them on their website. But that didn’t work either. Boo!

I have been to Toppers a few times, each time I was helped by a very nice gentleman. he was most definitely quiet, but it was 12:30 AM. I’m sure being all alone isn’t fun but having your boss watch, must be even worse. I only waited about eight minutes for wings and a pizza a few minutes after ordering I watched a gentleman in a button up T-shirt come out of the kitchen (who must’ve been the boss) he was more interested in watching me and his employee work then actually helping him with a pizza while he did my wings. Food service is never easy, but when your boss watches you and not helps, that’s gotta be even worse. So shout out to the very kind gentleman who helped me with my food. chow is great for the cost. Make sure you leave a decent tip. Remember after all, we’re all human.

Made my order online came in to pick it up. No one greeted me. I set there for 5 minutes. The big light skinned lady walked right past me, didn't speak, so I turned around and left. Now they can enjoy the food that I came there to pay for. I don't tolerate poor customer service, so I won't be back.

Store delivered our order missing two pizzas and the food we got was freezing cold. The store was unwilling to rectify the issue and insisted we were in the wrong. Oof.

I ordered at 1am over the phone and paid. They said it would arrive at 2am. It is currently 3am. I’ve called 3 times and waited on hold for 15 minutes. They pick up the phone and hang up immediately. All I want it a refund and they won’t answer the phone or deliver my food.

Ordered delivery and they didn’t even give me the pizza I ordered, only the topper sticks and ranch. Tried calling to get my pizza and the line they transfer you to doesn’t even answer. Don’t order delivery if you want your whole order!!

Every. Single. Time. I’ve ordered. From this. Location. Nobody. Answers. The phone. The order takes 30 years to get here and bakes for 5000 YET NOBODY ANSWERS TO ADDRESS ANYTHING EVER. About 50% of the time our order is made correctly. I wish I were exaggerating. The pizza is tasty; quality of ingredient is not the problem. The problem is with the quality control and oversight of the pizza makers. Employee turnover appears to be so high that there is never consistency in the product received by the customer. Over four years I have seen dozens of staff.
The last order I made was missing slices. Both pizzas were cut for nine slices each, one slice removed, but then rearranged to join the remaining eight slices back together to form a pie. The result gave the appearance that first graders must be making the pizzas. (I will attach photos here if I am able.) I am more offended by the crass underestimation of the customers intelligence quotient than by any nefarious act of stealing slices. This is, of course, a classic pizza caper, the oldest in the book.

Here is the kicker. When I complained, the shift manager called me a liar (but, of course, he also told me that he oversaw the making of the order...hmmm.) thus, management is in on it. The General Manager called me back and called me a liar as well. Oddly, neither party was interested in the photos I was eager to share of the pizzas.

I will have to take my business elsewhere...Chicago, perhaps.

Ordered online for delivery with an estimated delivery time 40 minutes from the time of the order. It is about 20 mins past the later window when the pizza was to be delivered. It is the second time that I have ordered online and the delivery is well behind the time projected (I believe it took 2 hours to get the pizza delivered last time). While the food is good and the drivers are lovely, I don't think I'll be ordering delivery again.

Vegetarian options: Good options and easy to customize pizzas to make them vegetarian.
