I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! I am overjoyed with emotion and happiness. I had them cater for my wedding and their service was excellent! They were quick with serving dishes. My husband was shocked at how quick they were. Everyone commented on how amazing the food was and wanted to know how we found them. The dishes look so pretty too and like I said they just taste amazing. Best of all, they were so friendly and just had the best energy. Thank you!

Taste: 5/5. Let’s be honest: tostadas are an Elite construction of food, so they’re already off to a great start. The ingredients all tasted super fresh and were cooked wonderfully, especially the pork.Service: 4/5. The guy manning the cart was kind and soft-spoken. Having to order using a phone was kind of annoying, but he was kind enough to start preparing our food while we submitted the order.Vibe: 4/5. The cart is in a quiet gravel courtyard and has a few tables to eat at on the sidewalk. At least when we were there, MLK was quiet, but I wish that there had been music or more to look at.Cost: 5/5. Not the cheapest tostadas you can find, but the other contributing elements make their food totally worth it.Since food trucks have exploded in popularity, there have been some that are more novelty than restaurant, but Tostada by Maranta is not one of them. It has areas that it could upgrade, but it’s a lovely place as is.

Pre-ordered some sopa meal kits…incredible. A meat and veggie option were offered so we grabbed both. The vegan chorizo was great. Honestly the beef was fire and the flavor was really developed. They packed everything you needed like cheese, onion, beans, rice, sour cream, and even the oil. Pick up was easy and you get a chance to be surrounded by beautiful plants and humans.Believe the hype. Small businesses are saving the world with food and they own labor of love. We will absolutely be back.

Always soooooo delicious! My favorites are the chicken and mushroom, though I've always arrived too late to try the lamb. (Someday!) Staff is friendly and efficient, and the app is easy to use.Also, don't skip the drinks. The mango agua fresca is amazing!!

These tostadas are hand crafted with love, and you taste that in each and every bite. The tostadas themselves have the perfect crunch. The vegetarian and vegan options offered are just as flavorful as the meat options. The chilaquiles that are offered on Sundays, are my absolute favorite. Tostada by Maranta really is my favorite food truck. If you go, please do yourself a favor and try the agua frescas!

If you stop by on a Sunday make sure to get the chilaquiles. They are so good ! I tried the chicken tostada and it was good as well. The mango Lemonade was refreshing and vibrant. Nice place to pick up a plant and eat a tostada.

So glad I was able to make it out to Tostada! The ordering process was very straightforward and easy. We got the mushroom tostada and strawberry wisco-pop. We placed our order via their cashdrop website and ventured into Maranta while we waited for our order. Just as we were paying and getting ready to leave with a new plant, I got a notification that our order was ready. Super fast service when ordering food, which I love- who doesn't?! I honestly didn't know what to expect with the tostada because a lot of times, vegetarian versions of foods can be bland (flavor and texture-wise) but that definitely wasn't the case here! The mushrooms gave the tostada a nice, soft texture that went well with the crunch of the tostada. It was very flavorful with just a hint of spice. The slaw on top gave it yet another texture and flavor contrast which complemented the mushrooms really well. Can't wait to go back and try other versions!
