Overall the food was expensive for the quality... All three dishes could have been made at least as well at home... the hummus was very good. The service was excellent. A bit loud, but the dining room was very nice.
Overall a wonderful dinner. Pasta in mushroom sauce was wonderful just added hanger steak for protein was overpriced. The Mediterranean orzo with seafood was way over salted could only eat seafood out of it pasta was inedible. Love the ambiance and location.
The cooking at Tre Rivali has only gotten better with time. The pizza with nduja was a particular pleasure, but they always do proteins and vegetables wonderfully as well!
Great first time experience for me and my colleague. Janet was an amazing server and the food was fantastic. We look forward to coming back on our next trip to Milwaukee.
This was my first time back to this restaurant since retiring in 2020 and the first for my wife. I had previously had great meals with business clients so we decided to make the drive up from Kenosha for our "date night" Wow, what a great dinner! Everything from appetizer to dessert was fantastic. The service by Janet was simply outstanding...making excellent menu suggestions and anticipating anything we might want. The restaurant offers a nice ambiance with good lighting and we enjoyed watching people walking by the street windows. Parking is easy and the entire evening was absolutely perfect. We will be back!!
Our server, Janet, was fantastic! She gave helpful suggestions for various menu options and was extremely polished and professional. Our food was delicious! Save room for dessert! The sticky toffee pudding was amazing. My only complaint was that it was noisy and the dining room was not full. Perhaps it was the group of people near us who were all talking loudly at the same time.
Really incredible service - paid good attention to the tree nut allergy at our table. Food quality and preparation top notch. Can't believe it took us so long to get there.
We sat outside around 1pm during the art festival. Great ambiance! Our server was fantastic, but stretched too thin(3 servers in total for Sunday brunch during the art walk probably wasn't the best decision- one of the table got up and left). Service was slow, but our cocktails and cheese board were great. We'll be back!!
Great customer service by the entire staff at Tre Rivali! Accommodated our relocation from sidewalk dining (we were chilly with unexpected strong winds) to dining inside. Pasta dishes, sides and appetizer were delicious. The only downside was traffic driving up and down Broadway with music blaring at high decibels. This is a noncontrollable for the restaurant.
Hostess was rude, we did not feel welcome at the beginning, but the Waitress was really nice

For a better atmosphere, try not playing rock music from the early 70,s. Some cool jazz would be great
Been here for dinner/ went for brunch this time. Everyone ordered a variety of dishes and shared them family style. From the breakfast pizza to the bacon, everything was fantastic.
We were in town for the weekend and thought the menu on line looked interesting. We were a little late for our reservation however, they did seat us right away. My first impression of the dining room was not good. The chairs and booths are cloth so there were stains and crumbs all over the place and the columns were filled with dust. We started off with the cheese board and grilled octopus, both of which were very good. My husband had the Lamb Chop which he thoroughly enjoyed and I opted for the Brazino however, it was as dry as the desert. I left most of it on the plate. We are in Milwaukee a few times a year and try to check out local places as much as possible. This is a place we would not go back to.
Food-was good. A bit overpriced though. Portion sizes were small compared to price.
Service-was pretty slow considering that it wasn't very crowded. Still kinda crowded though.
Atmosphere-was about how you would expect in a restaurant like this.
Did breakfast here one day. The service was definitely slow, and I wasn't given salt/pepper that other tables were given. Even though it wasn't busy it seemed to take a really long time to get water, place an order, etc. Food was decent, but nothing I'll remember for very long. The outdoor seating is very nice, but I wish the music from the speakers wasn't as loud as it was. It's part of the Kimpton Hotel.
