I love tropical but I usually go to the one on Drexel but I was in the area and mobile ordered on 27th I have a little cold so my friend ran in and grabbed the smoothie and upon double checking my order I realized that it was the wrong color I ordered a “sunshine”which contains mango pineapple orange juice and banana I believe instead of that they made the “sunrise sunset” which okay fine not gonna be a Karen it was a mistake I called and they said they would make it right and my friend ran back in and they made it but I guess the girl behind the counter had an attitude and stated that I was wrong and she just made what was on the ticket and it was my fault which I’m confused I made no modifications it was a plain “sunshine smoothie” overall the smoothie was fine but hearing that the employee had an attitude at me over the mistake she made makes me uncomfortable especially since she’s handling food/drinks. Unfortunately I will avoid this location from now on.

Cool little spot, I've heard good things so I thought I'd give it a go! Inside was clean, the service was fast, and everything came out great. Can't ask for much more! Many different options and all at a good price. I got a smoothie and a burrito for $17 and you get a side, so I got a banana. Lots of healthy options which is what I was kind of looking for. They can add protein powder in as well. I'll be back!
Kid-friendliness: Yes, like a coffee shop. Not too much going on but a nice spot for family lunch.
Service was amazing I love ordering here, all the staff are great and professional and caring. 10/10. I hope they’re getting treated well

Went in today on my break to get a açaí bowl since I’ve been seeing them on tv I got to the register a friendly guy took my order I asked what are the best bowls he advised I told him ok I’ll get that I waited about 10 minutes no biggy because it was busy a lady came to me with a smoothie I advised it supposed to be a bowl tge cashier apologized I said it’s fine I waited another additional 5 minutes think the bowl is getting made when a lady with a piercing on the side of her face come out holding money in her hand and telling be your differences is $2 at this point I’m confused so I asked I owe she said yes at this point I’m irritated I been here to long it wasn’t my mistake but I’ll still pay I also mentioned I tipped as well she then gave me a look I just told her you know what never mind just refund me her customer service was horrible not be only that my bowl still wasn’t being made at all I’m a city bus driver I have extra money to pay that wasn’t the issue the service and her attitude was I’ll never be back again
