They are constantly messing up my order and the smoothies are made terribly in comparison to other TSC locations. The last time they screwed up my order they refused to give a refund.

Cool little spot, I've heard good things so I thought I'd give it a go! Inside was clean, the service was fast, and everything came out great. Can't ask for much more! Many different options and all at a good price. I got a smoothie and a burrito for $17 and you get a side, so I got a banana. Lots of healthy options which is what I was kind of looking for. They can add protein powder in as well. I'll be back!
Kid-friendliness: Yes, like a coffee shop. Not too much going on but a nice spot for family lunch.

Went in today on my break to get a açaí bowl since I’ve been seeing them on tv I got to the register a friendly guy took my order I asked what are the best bowls he advised I told him ok I’ll get that I waited about 10 minutes no biggy because it was busy a lady came to me with a smoothie I advised it supposed to be a bowl tge cashier apologized I said it’s fine I waited another additional 5 minutes think the bowl is getting made when a lady with a piercing on the side of her face come out holding money in her hand and telling be your differences is $2 at this point I’m confused so I asked I owe she said yes at this point I’m irritated I been here to long it wasn’t my mistake but I’ll still pay I also mentioned I tipped as well she then gave me a look I just told her you know what never mind just refund me her customer service was horrible not be only that my bowl still wasn’t being made at all I’m a city bus driver I have extra money to pay that wasn’t the issue the service and her attitude was I’ll never be back again
It was very watered down. It s not even close to the quality smoothie s I received at the oak creek lovation.

Today my boss sent me in here to get the entire staff smoothies on him but all he had was quarters to pay with due to having an abundance of change. Anyway, instead of denying me and the company I work for service, both Josiah and Stephanie helped make it an overall pleasant experience instead of a frustrating embarrassing one. They worked together to get the order ready as quickly as possible and were extremely helpful as to explaining what they had to offer and what would be preferable according to the flavors the staff had told me they prefer. This is my first time ever going to their smoothie cafe and both Stephanie and Josiah turned what I was expecting to be a frustrating embarrassing experience into a pleasant friendly helpful one. I definitely would return in the future but i promise to make the next experience easier on everyone. I won’t order $50In smoothies and pay in all quarters I promise! Thanks for being such great troopers and helping me and the company I work for out with this! I will definitely recommend you guys in the future as well! Thanks again!

THEY DON'T LIKE ONLINE ORDERS!Food was good but my online order was NOT DONE when I arrived. The customers that were ordering at the counter were getting their food before me. They obviously give priority to customers that order inside the store. It took exactly 33 minutes for my food to be ready.The sweet potato container was not closed right and dumped out in the bag. Got everything wet. Idk if it was ever closed. I could not get the lid back on.No napkins provided in the bag.
