I had a strawberry milk tea, and it was very good. The prices were decent and the atmosphere is fantastic! Love the decor and the vibes.

I do not recommend ordering here especially not from Ubereats. I only got half my order and the drinks were not very good.

The drink was a pineapple mixed tea it was very good wasn’t too sweet 70% i love the bits of fruit in it. The chicken itself was very crunchy but had no flavor. Next time I’ll get it tossed in sauce. Before we sat down the tables were very dirty which was uncomfortable. But the lady behind the counter had a warm great personality made the experience better.

The place has a nice set up and is bigger than most boba places with more seating. The food on the other hand was.. okay. The fried chicken was definitely not my style and the boba was tolerable. It wasn't as sweet as boba usually is but I actually kinda liked it and how chewy the tapioca was. This wasn't the best place but wasn't the worst either.

I wanted to like this place and I will give them another try, but honestly, the fried chicken was so greasy I was sick most of the night. The waffles are delightful and the chicken tasted soooo good as I was eating it, but it was super greasy. Maybe it's meant to be enjoyed after heavy drinking or before heavy drinking, but it hurt me. I mean, you can smell the oil when you walk by it which is somewhat off-putting. We ordered online seeking appetizers but the only appetizer-like thing they had was french fries, which we will try next time. Most of the menu is teas and boba teas and other drinks. Anyway, our order was ready when promised and the service was nice. The interior was cute and bright and they have a kiosk from which you can order if you don't want to talk to a person or there's a line. It seemed a little pricey for what you get. Bottom line, will try again. Probably not going with the fried chicken but I may try a chicken sandwich to see if the bread helps with the grease.

I really love this place! The drinks are so good and the boneless fried chicken is my fave! I do love that the sauce comes on the side since I enjoy dipping into the sauce.I HIGHLY recommend this place!! Staff is also super friendly and inviting!! If I still lived on the east side I’d go here almost everyday lol

The boba drinks were delicious but there is a very strong oil smell in the restaurant that was not pleasant.

It’s really cute, good drinks and good chicken. Will definitely be taking myself on solo dates here throughout the year.

The workers were SO nice, chicken was fresh and crispy and so delish and the bubble tea was AMAZING. Make sure to try the matcha green tea slush if ur a fan of matcha.

Located next to the Oriental Theater, Tsaocaa is the perfect spot for a bubble tea and maybe a snack. The window lures you in with popular selections from the fairly extensive menu. There's a selection of teas and smoothies and also fried chicken and bubble waffles. The space is clean and there's a seating area where you can settle for awhile. I've taken a book before and lingered with my drink. You order at the counter and they call out your number when it's ready. I was impressed with the purple potato milk tea which was the first thing I tried. There were real chunks of purple potato and purple rice and I think some red beans. There was a lot going on but the result was harmonious and a little surprising. I also liked that you can choose your level of sweetness. I prefer my drinks lightly sweetened. I thought the tea was still plenty sweet. I came back the next day and got the same thing because I kept thinking about it, but I have also tried the brown sugar black tea with bubble and it was good too. I have not tried any of the food yet but it seems like the kind of things that would complement the tea and hit the spot after a trip to the movies or any of the other activities in the area.

Recently moved from Chicago and have been praying I would find a decent place for cheese tea. I tried Uni Uni and Bambu and they were both gross. Tsaocaa is a dream come true. I tried the iced osmanthus milk tea with milk foam (which is another name for cheese top), and it was incredible. I'm a tea snob too, and it's obvious they use loose tea, and know how to brew it correctly. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors, especially since they have ube (purple potato)!

The place had a virtual way to place order and also can order at the counter. The restaurant was bare there were some people studying and there weren't many good tables. I got a strawberry yogurt drink and it was tasty if you like strawberry yogurt.
