We visited Milwaukee in July 2024, and this restaurant was within a walking distance from the downtown Drury Plaza hotel. Plus, it was open until 10 pm on a Sunday, which was convenient. We ordered Veg Chilli momos as an appetizer and had Paneer Tikka Masala with garlic and butter naan for the main course. The momos were okay, but the ketchup they added kind of messed up the flavor. The naan and Paneer Tikka Masala were good. I just wish the service had been better—there were only four or five customers, including us, but it still took them a while to take our order, and they didn't check in for water refills or anything. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience; just the usual service you'd expect at most Indian restaurants, which I'm not really a fan of. Still, I'd recommend this place if you're looking for good Indian food, whether vegetarian or non-vegetarian.

Vegetarian options: They have a good vegetarian option just like any Indian resturant.

Unmatched hospitality by Taran. Food was delicious as well- we got goat curry, dal tadka, roti, and gulab jamun. Plus private parking in downtown; what more could you ask for!

The food quality (tastewise) was pretty good but the quantity of curry was less than most other Indian restaurants though around the same price. We ordered 4 curries along with rice and breads to share amongst 6 people and it wasn’t sufficient. The service was slow. E.g. the accompaniments of onion, peppers, lime came when we were almost done with our meal. They don’t include papad appetizer free if charge like many other places.

We were just treated so well at this restaurant. We arrived close to closing at midnight, and they were happy to have us and encouraged us to take our time and enjoy. They were very attentive and had the most delicious food. I can definitely say they have the best samosas I've had. I was happy with their vegan options as well. We enjoyed their outdoor seating!

Our server was very attentive. The food was fantastic. The restaurant stayed open just for us. Coconut Curry shrimp and Yellow dal were both really good ? HIGHLY recommend this establishment.
