Sadly disappointed ☹️ waited 2 hours just to get some over cook Brown stew chicken!!!! Too spicy to even try to eat it !!! Travel from out of town and wanted to try this place was very upsetting!! Too pricey to be ruining someone’s dinner . Coco bread taste like a hotdog bun . Cabbage 🥬 taste like the lettuce on a cheeseburger.

I will not be back. It was packed in there like a lounge, loud , overstimulating and on top of all that the food took over 45 minutes. And whoever was in the kitchen on Saturday please don’t step foot back in there if you don’t know the family recipe because the food did not hit the same.

Been frequenting the Uppa yard for about a year now only on Thursday or Friday ( oxtail days) and my only complaint is that the wait times can sometimes be long . Today, my sesame seed size baby told me to get up and get a large oxtail plate for lunch . So I get there about 11:25 , waited outside until 11:30 on the dot , placed my order and less than 4 minutes later I had my oxtails and a slice of cake and I was on my way . Got home and it was so fye I shed a tear 😂 they really don’t miss with the oxtails everybody else oxtails in Milwaukee Fresh with no flavor at all. And the cake was good and moist . 10s all across the board

I never had this place and wanted to try ! Everyone told me wait time was 45 min to an hour so I came and order got myself a drink while I waited and my food came on it in less than 5 min !!! Highly satisfied and can’t wait to try it ! The bartender Stacy got us together
